Summary/Abstract: Diversity exists in any society, independently on its cultural-historical features, social structure, government and state settings, and social regime. It should be perceived not as an individual trait of the environment, but rather as a multiple number of such environments, social realities and cultures. This paper deals with diversity management in different countries as a powerful tool to supply equal opportunities in education systems.
