Summary/Abstract: The subject of this gloss is the Supreme Court resolution dated 15th February 2019, case no. III CZP 84/18 concerning compensation under the motor third party liability insurance for the reasonable and economically justified expenses incurred by the injured party for renting a replacement vehicle during the prolonged repair period.
