Summary/Abstract: Dan Negrescu's original essay/story/dissertation is fortunately completed by Elena Burduşa's review and analysis of the former's latest book, Imperial Trilogy. The three parts of this project are separately discussed and articulated, their narrative ingredients being finally brought together by the perspective of the anonymous, omniscient author. Dan Negrescu does dot follow the canons of historically-inspired literature, he innovates and uses a flow of personal imagination to conceive his treaty on "empire"-ology.
