Summary/Abstract: The energy issue is certainly one of the overlapping issues / crises of the moment, not only for the Transnistrian region and the regulatory process in the region and for the whole of Europe. Thus, the usefulness of contextualizing this challenge in the dynamics of the region and the Transnistrian settlement process is particularly interesting and useful in gaining an integrated view on this issue, which is so serious and has so many implications.Aware of the limitations of this study, we will focus mainly on the description and decipherment of the impact that the form of energy supply contracts has in the region, especially in the realities and relations on the two banks of the Dniester. Are we talking about an exclusive reality, specific to the area? or does what is happening theirinfluence Romania as well? Will the energy crisis boost Transnistrian regulation? All these are pertinent questions that arise in the face of such a subject and to which we will seek even limited answers.
