Summary/Abstract: In October 2021, several legislative acts were published in the Official Journal, among which the following: GD no. 1.073/2021 for the approval of the methodological norms for the application of the provisions of Law no. 226/2021 on the establishment of social protection measures for vulnerable energy consumers; Order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection no. 920/2021 for the approval of the application and affidavit models provided for in art. 5 para. (3) of GEO no. 110/2021 on the granting of paid days off to parents and other categories of persons in the context of the spread of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus; GEO no. 120/2021 on the administration, functioning and implementation of the national system on electronic invoicing RO e-Invoice and electronic invoicing in Romania, as well as for the completion of GO No 78/2000 on the approval, issue of vehicle identity cards and certification of authenticity of road vehicles with a view to their placing on the market, making available on the market, registration or recording in Romania, as well as market surveillance for them. Moreover, in October, several legislative acts were amended, among which: Annex to the Decision of the Plenum of the Superior Council of Magistracy no. 102/2021 on the determination of the localities that are part of the constituencies of the courts in each county; Annex to the Order of the Minister of Culture and the Minister of Health no. 3.245/1.805/2020 on measures to prevent contamination with the new SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and to ensure the safe conduct of activities in the field of culture; Order of the Minister of Health no. 487/2020 approving the protocol for the treatment of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection; Law on recognition for the victory of the Romanian Revolution of December 1989, for the anti-communist workers' uprising in Brasov in November 1987 and for the anti-communist workers' uprising in Valea Jiului - Lupeni - August 1977, No. 341/2004; Order of the Minister of Health and the Minister of Internal Affairs No 874/81/2020 on the introduction of the compulsory wearing of protective masks, epidemiological screening and compulsory hand disinfection to prevent contamination with SARS-CoV-2 virus during the state of alert; Law No 53/2003 - Labour Code. At the same time, the Decision of the Plenum of the Superior Council of Magistracy no. 180/2021 to complete the Regulation of the National Institute of Magistracy, approved by the Decision of the Plenum of the Superior Council of Magistracy no. 127/2007, and the Decision of the Section for Judges of the Superior Council of Magistracy no. 1.113/2021 to approve the Regulation on the evaluation of the professional activity of judges were published in the Official Gazette in October.
