Summary/Abstract: The article reveals the biography and literary creation of two less known Romanian inter-war poetesses – Cornelia Buzdugan-Haşeganu and Adelina Laerte Cârdei, performing a close reading of their published poems in connection with the existential details discovered in the literary criticism and historic chronicles of those times.
