The Christian family in the face of current secular challenges

Summary/Abstract: The family is the basic element of society: the endurance of the human species over the centuries depends on its health and durability. When the family is properly honored, society progresses, and when it is undermined by various factors, society itelf falters. Through these problems that the Christian family faces, I have sought to bring to light the state of deep humiliation in which the contemporary family finds itself. Man’s refusal to be with Christ and his desire to lead his life according to his own ideas, favored, favored a broad process of demoralization and desecration of all mankind, reaching the worrying stage in which all that is the time of our grandparents was abnormal, today to fit into the patterns of normalcy. Well, against this background of the new secular challenges that threaten the family, there must be the Church’s courage to become fully involved in them and to seek current solutions that guarantee the survival of the Christian family in the society of the 21st century.
