Summary/Abstract: In our contemporary culture, a kind of common agreement between the participants interested in music education is beginning to emerge in terms of recognizing the importance of revaluation of technical and media means in promoting and receiving music culture optimally. In this study we try to outline various creative ideas on two levels of development - cognitive and socio-emotional - in the hope that our thoughts can inspire the work of those interested and involved in using these means and resources in music education.
