Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the model of an ideal software prototype meant to provide computerized support in writing, implementing, and reporting the outcomes of music project management. This plan relies on two primary sources, on the one hand the theory of music management projects, and on the other the technical elements and the AI software created and used in business and in its related fields nowadays. The role of this research is to provide the theoretical framework for operating the software algorithms of Two-door, a new type of computer programme, which aims to offer computerized support for the managers who initiate and administrate musical projects.
