Summary/Abstract: n accordance with the provisions of Article 65 of the Labor Code, dismissal for reasons not related to the employee is a way of terminating the individual employment contract, determined by the termination of employment.The determining condition of such dismissal will be related to the actual termination, for a real and serious cause of employment, usually motivated by economic imperatives and not by the unilateral arbitrary will of an employer.The article analyzes the conditions of legality in the case of individual dismissal for reasons not related to the person of the employee, including the elements of doctrine and jurisprudence.
