Summary/Abstract: The behavior for health and the elements that predict this behavior in adolescence represents a major preoccupation from the prevention perspective. The most frequent studied elements of the behavior for health are physical exercises and the attention paid to the nourishment. For teen-agers the physical exercises are influenced by the individual factors, meantime the attention paid to the nourishment is influenced by the spiritual factors. Many authors point the social and cultural influences over the health state perception and the attitude towards health, in generally, but also over the health behavior in particular.
