Professional Education- History and Challenges in the European Context (Young People ́S Training for the Labor Market)

Summary/Abstract: Young people ́s training for the labor market represents, nowadays, a real challenge. We find Romania in a full process of changing, adaptation and, the most important, in a full process of training itself. After a lot of interventions by the Ministry of Education, along with the Ministry of Labour and Employment and the Social Society, in the European context, the professional and technical education system, is changing and adapting. We are in front of young people training according to the requirements of the trader, who offers training for students as well as for teachers.
