Summary/Abstract: The protection of personal data is a complex process, which is not only regulated by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, but also by several other legal provisions covering certain types of processing of personal data, such as the processing of personal data through CCTV systems, but which also take into account the technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data, among them, the physical security of the locations where these personal data are processed being a very important segment.
