Summary/Abstract: The year 2020, in terms of GDPR, can be considered the year in which the slippages of public institutions in the field of personal data protection have stood out the most, demonstrating how little they are prepared to comply with their obligations on personal data protection. Although the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 focuses on the protection of the data subject, the pandemic year 2020 brought with it constant challenges in terms of protection of personal data of the data subjects.
