K.3 of the Treaty on European Union on private sector corruption, in force since 31 December 1998.The Council of the European Union also required the European Commission to draw up a report assessing the degree to which Member States have taken the necessary measures to comply with Framework Decision no. 568/2003 on combating corruption in the private sector, the content of which will be presented in our approach.
