Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the problems that often arise when applying Art. 194, Para. 1, as well as Art. 346, Para. 1 of the Bulgarian Criminal Code. Particular attention is paid to the subject of Art. 346, Para. 1. In this regard, a proposal has been made for a new wording of the criminal seizure of motor vehicles with the intention of use. With reference to the theft, an attempt has been made to reassess the significance of the appropriative intent in its composition.
