Title change
This journal was entitled "Perspectives of Business Law" Journal during 2012-2017, ISSN 2286- 0649.
Starting with 2018, this journal has the title "Perspectives of Law and Public Administration".
This Journal is a platform for debate that examines recent developments and prospects for development of law and public administration at national, European and international level. "Perspectives of Law and Public Administration" publishes studies and jurisprudence analyses in all areas of juridical and administrative sciences. The Journal opens its pages to authors from different countries, from the academic education space and from the practitioners, encouraging both publication of international interest studies covering the comparative law and public administration, the European Administrative Space, the law developed by public international organizations, international trade law, the need for interdisciplinary approach to public administration and globalization of the administrative phenomenon, as also the scientific papers to highlight the particularities of the national law and public administration.
