Summary/Abstract: All work activities, regardless of their field of activity, are subject to continuous change. This objectively necessitates the need for advanced training, the acquisition of new knowledge and skills. Unfortunately, there are also unforeseen crisis situations that are not under the control of the organization, requiring strategic decisions regarding staff training. This is the moment when the pandemic situation has conquered the world today and the state of emergency in Bulgaria. It should be remembered that investing in staff training, under the conditions thus created, is a long-term investment not only for him but also for the society itself, even the whole economy, so it should not stop.
