Summary/Abstract: Haste, significant, often exceeding the employee’s capabilities of work can cause frustration, stress, but also professional burnout. What factors cause the phenomenon of professional burnout among employees? How to prevent this phenomenon and does the employer have any influence on it? Does the pandemic have an impact on the growth of this phenomenon? These are the issues discussed in this article.
