This research has as point of departure the key question as we initiate a new millennium "How do we live with one another?". Nowadays the problem of inclusion is closely linked to the democratic citizenship education, to the new paradigm of education which is based on student-oriented methodology. The research seeks to determine which the practical implications at the central and local levels are, in order to make schools more inclusive in Moldova.
