The history of the European continent is strongly influenced by migratory processes. Nevertheless, the present attitudes towards recent migration processes are quite negative – 56% of European citizens of all Member States do not want third countries migrants in Europe. Bulgarians are even more categorical – 77% of their opinions are negative, favorable opinions are only 15%.Whether we will judge refugees and other people with migrant background as dangerous and unnecessary or will mobilize efforts to integrate them is a matter of both the present and the future of Europe.Obstacles and challenges for the successful integration of people with migrant background in Europe could be found in different areas and dimentions. This article analyzes the situation and presents the opportunities offered by EU in the area of migrants’ education and preparation for the adequate participation in the labour market.

This paper discusses the understanding of personality from social, psychological and philosophical aspects. It is emphasized that a person is a unity of unique and universal properties and has the right to freely develop his/her potential and live in accordance with the needs of his/her spirit. There are some contradictions between personal needs and interests of society. Education is an area that should help every individual to express his/her unique individuality. Education, however, acts between the two poles -free decision making, on the one hand, and social (state) coercion, on the other. Externally imposed determinism and the instrumentalist-market approach to education significantly restrict freedom of an individual to self-develop in accordance with his/her needs.

The paper offers a tested model which would enhance the effective educational policy in the mainstream schools. Additionally, it would assist mainstream and support teachers in the classroom during the teaching process of students with special educational needs. Using this Model the specialist is able to define the concrete intellectual level of the student based on the Piaget’s phenomena. The suggested Model is experimentally tested with 56 children and students – the results and findings are described in the text of the paper.

The article suggests a model of developing learning in a mixed class from fifth to seventh grade according to syllabus in order to develop communicative competence related to fifth graders an answer to a vital question: seventh graders an article on free topic. The model in practices that save an educational time (tasks with mutual solving of problems from two aging groups, tasks for related control about the fulfilment of the tasks, etc.) The article represents the need of realisation of the model of the lesson in Bulgarian as a communicative model as well as interaction-an appropriate pedagogic interaction. Structural logic of the suggested lesson-preparation of creating students’ texts (an answer to a vital question, an interpretation on free topic) is represented in the context in the reality in mixed class.

Тhis study aims to present the results of the pilot evaluation of the training system application. The aims is to inform PE teachers and coaches on identifying underlying problems of discrimination, racism and violence, train them on innovative approaches for preventing these phenomena and provide them with educational tools. The training platform is composed by 6 modules that work to prevent incidents of violence, racism and discrimination in sport. The evaluation is done through questionnaires-interviews to 30 mentors. The conducted surveys revealed that the game and the comic present the main messages and mechanisms for tackling incidents of discrimination in sport in an interesting and attractive way. Another key point of the training process has been the self-reflection in relation to the practice carried out by the trainees, as well as the participation and interest that they showed along the entire formation process. The modules in the e-training platform present good practices, documents and programmes in a very accessible and interesting way. They are directed towards development of teachers and coaches’ skills for dealing with accidents of discrimination and violence in informal education in partnership with colleagues, students, parents and specialists in the field of grassroots sports.

The article notes that the duality, inconsistency, and reactionarity of the educational policy of the tsarist government after the uprising of 1863–1864 wa slargely dictated by the desire to reduce Polish influence and accelerate the russification of the region. The Ministry of Public Education did not care so much about the dissemination of education as about protecting the public with“reasonable restrictions”. In accordance with its political and ideological goals,the network of parish schools expanded, the training of teaching staff was restrained, and strict control was established over the activities of teachers and their political trustworthiness. Tsarism formed a model of an “ideal” teacher:devoted to the church and the throne, tolerant, imperceptible, and obedient, who in his pedagogical activity was to follow the official course. There was a tendency to attract people from the central provinces of Russia who graduated fromtheological seminaries, as well as Orthodox priests, to fulfill teaching duties.

The present research explores the specific representation of God in the personal narratives of a group of Gypsies members of/ belonging to one of the Evangelical churches in Sofia. The study is abundant in quotations and examples supporting the conclusions and revealing the quantity and the variety of the data gathered on the subject. The analysis has shown that in their image of God we can observe dogmatic ideas intertwined with cultural influences of the Romani ethnos which sometimes results in contradictory interpretations. Another consequence is the imbalanced perception of the three hypostases of the Trinity. They seem to have different roles and purposes in the Gypsies’ lives, gaining different significance and thus forming a sort of hierarchy within the Trinity. The author has looked into the anthropological roots of the different phenomena and has offered some possible explanations of the various specific characteristics of the Gypsies’ perception and experience of God.

The article deals with the mass media discourse related to the terrorist attack occurred in summer 2012 in Kazan. The analysis of publications from the federal newspaper Rossiyskaya Gazeta and the regional newspaper Respublika Tatarstan made it possible to identify characteristic features of the images of “us” and “them” as well as similarities and differences in their representation. The ideological means used in the texts and contributing to the preservation or transformation of the relations of domination in the region are determined.

The urbanized society through a number of technical systems changes imperceptibly the established vital processes, brings diversity and need of mobility, and spreads influence also on the subject environment. The urban society methodically forms urban life, different from the traditional one. This fact has signaled for the need of pre-school age child of application inconvenient way to explore the roots and the richness of our folklore plastic heritage with a view to rationalization of the organized educational process, the family spirituality and the traditional purity of the national community. The works of the traditional applied art are sensory image of time and are transferred into the aesthetic reality in which they are created. An appropriate model for the perception has been developer to disclose their originality, with possibilities for application in the educational practice.

The introduction of distance learning in the educational system of Republic of Bulgaria is a process that has emerged as a result of the development of educational technologies around the world. In some sectors of education, the formal transfer of existed experience would not achieve the expected result. In maritime education and training, attempts have been made to replace some traditional forms of teaching with modern online methods. A number of researchers have expressed a positive attitude towards web-based courses, on-board training using animation tools and more. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced educational institutions involved in primary maritime education to accelerate the application of new methods. The present study aims to establish the attitudes and perceptions of students and professors from Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy for the quality of the conducted three-month online training in specialized subjects for deck officers. The summarized results are taken into account when planning the new steading year.
