One of the primary tasks of school education in modern Europe is to form a European awareness in young people. Key values of contemporary education within European context such as tolerance, respect for otherness, solidarity, and cooperation have to be present at all educational levels and have their place within the curriculum of each school course. The aim of the present paper is to explore the intercultural and interdisciplinary approaches for the preparation and implementation of foreign language teaching educational projects. Der Aufsatz geht der Frage nach, wie weitreichend die Wirkungen des Internet auf die Ökonomie tatsächlich sind und versucht in Auswertung neuerer empirischer Untersuchungen und Fallstudien zum Thema die Qualiät und Dynamik der durch das Internet ausgestoβenen Veränderungen in den Marktbeziehungen, Akteurfigurationen und Industriestrukturen jenseits des Schlagwortes von der Internetökonomie neu auszuloten. Er argumentiert, dass das Internet erstens sukzessive und sehr kontextspezifisch in bestehende Markt- und Industriestrukturen sowie in laufende branschenbezogene Restrukturierungsmuster eingepasst wird, dass zweitens vornehmlich die “alte” Ökonomie und ihre Akteure sich eines neuen Sets digitaler Werkzeuge bedienen und dass drittens Konzentrationsprozesse sowie die Ausprägung neuer Machtungleichgewichte zugunsten etablierter Unternehmen typischer für die Nutzung des Internet sind als die Etablierung von perfekten Märkten, egalitären Beziehungen und dezentralen Strukturen.

In the article under consideration are the basic features of the real three types of tax crimes.These are: avoidance of the establishment or the payment of tax obligations in big amounts – Article255 of the Criminal Code; the fulfilment of the same assault through allowed means – Article255а of the Criminal Code and the so-called tax fraud – Article 256 of the Criminal Code. The authorpays attention to some issues with regard to the regulation and the application of the norms ofthese offences. On the first place there is the issue of the subject and above all of the use of differentcriteria with regard to the content of the terms „big amounts“and „particularly big amounts“, including the cases of tax fraud under Article 256 of the Criminal Code. The second issue, which can now be considered to be solved by two interpretative decisions of the Supreme court of cassation, which provide a negative reply. In particular these are the questions whether the subject of those offences may be only the taxable person and whether it is a compulsory precondition that a tax assessment has been carried on and an amended assessment has been issued. The third issue is about the question how efficient are the norms for the real tax offences and the necessity for the amelioration of their legislative regulation, in which respect there exist some reserves.

The theoretical basis of the electronic educational resources is considered, in which selected resources are applied, which are applied in the education in Geography and economics and Tourism. What are ICT's and their application? This is the main task of any teacher who has many applicable multimedia technologies, each subject. Guidelines for preparation, result and evaluation by the audience for making presentations in certain subjects, in the fields of Geography and Economics and lessons in Tourism, for the high school stage are described. A survey was conducted with the opinion and assessment of the trained representatives. The final grade of the teacher's presentation was given by the students.

Criminal proceeding is a complex multi-layered activity, whose task is to disclosure the crime. The changes in criminal procedure legislation are conditioned by the adoption of the new constitu¬tion of the country in 1991. The methodological basis of the typology of the criminal procedure determines the way in which the relevant reform of the objective law is carried out. Regardless of the tendency to extend the scope of the disposi¬tive method, the determining method in the cri¬minal procedure remains the governmental (im¬perative) method of legal regulation. Reform of the Criminal Procedure Code is predetermined by the changes in the judicial system. More and more attention is being focused not only on law creativity but also on law application.

The availability of extra financial income often leads to a desire and/or need to realise savings. The saving process is a long-term financial operation, which is well-known in financial mathematics as "term deposit for a fixed period". It is an important aspect of financial literacy. Effective knowledge of financial calculations related to term deposits for fixed periods could be crucial when deciding to realise savings or looking for other alternatives in governing extra financial income. Skilful applying of mathematical methods in the construction of term deposits for fixed periods could be useful to pupils and students for their participation in various mathematical Olympiads and competitions with a financial focus. The related knowledge could be also useful to teachers and people needing similar financial instruments. This paper deals with both the essence of term deposits for fixed periods and some methodological characteristics in studying and applying corresponding calculations.

This article presents in a synthesized pattern the concept of corporate social responsibility - essence, principles, main focuses. Particular attention is paid to the very emergence of the concept of corporate social responsibility and its promotion in the European context. The chronology and the main stages in these processes are examined, as well as the framing regulations. The main thesis of the article is that the nature of the concept “public opinion” is strictly related to its functions in social processes. It is a complex, dynamic, factor-driven communication process that can be defined as rationality, as social control, as conversation, and as counting, and is characterized by its dependence on publicity, mass communications and democratic practices.
