Expertiza extrajudiciară şi utilitatea sa în cadrul unui proces civil
Extrajudicial expertise, as opposed to judicial expertise, is carried out outside the framework of a trial and can be requested by any interested person, without the need for a judicial request. This study examines the advantages and disadvantages of using such expertise, as well as how the results can later be used in court. It also emphasizes the criteria that an extrajudicial expertise must meet in order to be considered relevant and conclusive in a civil process.
