Nacismus v judikatuře Nejvyššího soudu
In 2002, two appeals were heard before the Supreme Court, in which the well-known notion of Nazism played a major role. At first glance, the decisions issued are contradictory. In the first case, the court concluded that Nazism no longer existed in its original form, and in the second decision, the existence of Nazism was not even examined and the court automatically considered it to exist. This, of course, had a major impact on the final decision. In the following lines, both cases will be discussed in more detail.
