In the years after 2000, the Bulgarian viticulture experienced a serious crisis - the total areas with vineyards decreased almost three times, and the share of unsupported vineyards in the winegrowing holding growing. The vineyards in Bulgaria are being restored at a slow pace - young vines are only 4-6%, and less than 700 hectares of new vineyards are created annually. Variety of inferior quality predominates in the variety structure. The age structure of the vine plantations is seriously impaired. Average yields of wine grape vines, although growing, cannot compensate for the reduced area and the total grape production decreases. In recent years, the negative tendency to reduce the production of wine grapes has been halted, which stands at about 200-210 thousand tons.

Ensuring the development of the agro-industrial sector at both the national and regional levels is a priority for Ukraine’s integration not only into the European but also into the global economic space. The purpose of the article is to study the trends and prospects for the development of the agro-industrial sector of the regions of Ukraine. In the research process, the methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis, observation, description, tabular-graphic, correlation analysis were used. According to the study results, the reduction of the share of agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector in the structure of the gross domestic product of Ukraine in the period 2015–2019 from 12.06% in 2015 to 8.97% in 2019 was established. The unstable dynamics of the agricultural index in Ukraine during 2015–2020 was determined, wherein 2019–2020, the decrease in the physical volume of agricultural production by farms of all categories was 6.8 and 12.9 relative points compared to previous years. There was revealed the growing dynamics of labour productivity at enterprises engaged in agricultural activities in 2015-2019, except for the year 2017, when there was a slight decrease in this indicator by 1.3%, compared to 2016. The results of the correlation analysis, aimed at determining the relationship between the key variables that characterize the development of the agro-industrial sector of Ukraine, showed that among the studied regions of Ukraine, a very high and high direct correlation was demonstrated by nine regions of Ukraine, among which the Lviv region became the leader. The proposed approach to applying correlation analysis between the volume of output and the expenses of all enterprises for the production (work, services) can be applied to other types of economic activity.Prospects for the development of the agro-industrial sector of the regions of Ukraine are seen in the following: 1) the creation of unique integration business networks through the implementation of cooperation mechanisms; 2) support for the implementation of export operations at the appropriate level and the development of the existing export support infrastructure, in particular at the regional level; 3) establishing cooperation between potential producers of raw materials and processors, efficient use of production capacity and innovative production of agro-industrial complex (AIC) with the use of technological innovations on this basis; 4) effective use and increase of resource potential, ensuring the economic stability of agro-industrial entities; 5) state support and stimulation of the agro-industrial complex; 6) reforming the scientific and technical sphere of the agro-industrial complex.

Теоретичні засади рентних відносин в сільському господарстві

Author(s): Olga Shulga / Language(s): Ukrainian Issue: 26/2015

Aim of work - to investigate the forms of land rent in modern terms, role of the rent factor in the system of leasings relations and hisplace in the system of taxation of profits of the landed interests.Methodological basis of work is application of scientific and special methods of scientific cognition. Unity of logical and historicalapproaches, empiric method and generalization, were used for determination and analysis of forms of land rent, factors and terms oftheir formation. Method of combination of analysis and synthesis, advancement from abstract to concrete were applied at determiningsize of rent and determination of part of land rent, that must be withdrawn for the landed interests through taxes, copula of rent anddemand and supply on agrarian products.Basic job performances: the forms of land rent are investigational in modern terms, role of the rent factor in the system of leasingsrelations and tax as to the instrument of the rent relations, the questions related to the estimation of earth and adjusting of the rentprofits are affected. The practical value of the got results consists in deepening of understanding of essence, reasons and terms of formation of landrent in modern terms, roles of the rent factor in agriculture and national economy on the whole. The recommendations offered inprocesscan be used in the process of state program of socio-economic development of agriculture of Ukraine development, atdevelopment of methods and mechanisms of increase of efficiency of government control in this industry.Conclusions. Next to the traditional forms of rent, that is differential And and ІІ, absolute and monopolistic, the new forms of rent, the origin of that is related to development of society and economic activity of man, appear. Urgent now there is perfection of the taxsystem in direction of stimulation of the landed interests and землекористувачів to send land rent to the fertility-improving of soiland realization of measures on the guard of earth. In this connection, it is expedient to withdraw only differential rent And, and here inrelation to differential rent of II, then she must remain for the landed interests or землекористувачів, stimulating them to theeffective use of the landed lands. In addition, a tax on earth must be set from the standard, but not actual level of efficiency.Expedient is an input of fines from the landed interests, if the quality state of lot land will become worst.Yet one no less important problem related to the rent relations is a size of rent. HER size must be set as a percent from the money estimationof lot land taking into account the term of action of contract of tenancy - with the increase of term of lease the size of rent must diminish.Monopoly of agrarian property, as a barrier to the inter-branch redistribution of resources sends a surplus income not to theincrease of production of goods, but converts him into absolute land rent. Because of it a production restrains temper inagriculture, technical progress in industry is slowened. Therefore there is an objective necessity of state interference with the aimof the use of valueadded in accordance with her functionally-economic setting.

Теоретичні основи функціонування особистих селянських господарств

Author(s): Tetiana Shepel / Language(s): Ukrainian Issue: 33/2018

The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions on the functioning of private peasant farms. The production of agricultural products in individual peasant farms should be considered as a manifestation of the protective reaction of the rural community to the negative effects of institutional changes in society, the insufficient level of development of productive forces of the state, which makes it impossible to fully provide food products to the population due to high-value production and low purchasing power of the population. The use of Western standards of division into a private peasant and farm based on the large amount of income from sales, agricultural holdings and land use in the current economic conditions of Ukraine is also not feasible. We believe that in the event of their introduction, most OSGs will acquire the status of a farm, which will result in a corresponding increase in tax pressure. The evolution of the functioning of individual peasant farms proves that during the whole period of existence OSG tried to minimize their formal relations with the state. The root cause of these circumstances was an ambiguous attitude of the authorities to their activities, where the ideological beliefs and unpredictability of their activities are motivating. We consider that the category of "private peasant economy" is appropriate to be interpreted as a "private subsidiary" - a type of agricultural activity of households concentrated in villages and settlements, which has no entrepreneurial direction and is characterized by the following features: the purpose of production - self-provision of food products, with the sale of the remainder of the resulting agricultural products; in the conditions of economic stability - an element of secondary, and during periods of economic troubles - basic employment and is not the main source of the formation of the total resources of the rural household; for the production of agricultural products, the work of household members is used.In the conditions of economic growth, the role of OSG in providing food to the population of Ukraine will be lost. In these conditions, the share of income from OSG in the structure of the total resources of the rural household will decrease, which will create conditions for their transformation into "hobby-farm".

Теоретичні та світоглядні засади соціальної роботи на селі

Author(s): Anatoliy Vermenko,Nataliya Gudina / Language(s): Ukrainian Issue: 2/2007

Author(s): / Language(s): Serbian

The subject o f this scholarly meeting is summarized in its title which gives the best possible formula of all topics dealt with in the said projects. Our goal is to see that, after the first year of work on the projects, these two research and education institutions organize a transparent conference which would provide access to the entire experience related to the project activities and to the results achieved by the research workers after a year-long effort. In the course o f such presentations, a need will arise for a critical overview and discourse o f all the issues and dilemmas encountered hitherto by the scholars. From the very start o f the sign-up period, in July 2001, the problems have, unfortunately, emerged in the formulation of entries in pursuance of the instructions in the project registration form. These were not the only nor the biggest problems. A prolonged waiting for the foreign reviews and for the allocation of research time, which w as considerably reduced as concerns our Institute, resulted in a 30% reduction of funding, and in a year-long struggle to get reimbursement for direct material expenses. Everyone is aware that such projects in the humanities, which have then special national significance, cannot be even conceived o f without fieldwork. As a matter o f principle, it should be pointed out here that the attitude to the humanities has, in the case o f our projects, proved inadequate. After this first year o f research work, in which a number o shortcomings has crystallized as being inappropriate to the nature and spirit o f the humanities, we do hope that in the ensuing stages such shortcomings will be eliminated. W e expect understanding and support from our financier. I am sure that today ’s presentations, a long with the afore said, and in combination with individual experiences acquired by the scholars during their research work in 2002, w ill yield a fruitful discussion which, as a rule, is the best achievement of such symposia.
