The paper presents results of the Russian participants in the net research project “Encyclopedia of notable plane figures: we work by ourselves”. The project aimed at systematization and development of knowledge on notable plane curves by secondary students. The net interaction between the participants was realizes using Google Cloud Service. The investigation was carried out by analytical geometry methods applying the software product GeoGebra.

Purpose of Article. The purpose of the work is to identify the basic principles and functions of unification terminology of documentation. Methodology. The methodology of the study is to apply the descriptive method, based on the opposition and taking internal interpretation, and the method of analysis, which allowed us to determine the basic principles and functions of unification terminology of documentation. Scientific Novelty. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the author’s desire to reveal the basic principles and functions of system unification of documentation terms. Conclusions. The solving of the problem of unification terminology of documentation is intended to increase the level of documented information fixation,achieving clarity, processes of social communication. The study is paid attention by the professionals of the documentary communication cycle.

Управление на софтуерно дефинираните мрежи с Floodlight Controller

The basic idea for software-defined networks (SDN) is the separation of systems that control the network from systems the data plane. This defines a layer of program control and control of the whole network (control layer). The SDN controller manages the entire network, receives instructions and instructions from the application layer and relays them to the network components. The controller retrieves network infrastructure information – a infrastructure layer – and returns it back to the application layer. In this article we will present the basic architecture and features of the Floodlight controller. We test different topologies of the Mininet network simulator, interaction between virtual machines, adding and intercepting OpenFlow flows from the Wireshark network analyzer.

Управління ризиками у сфері захисту музейних колекцій

The purpose of the study is to identify the algorithm of action of museum institutions and executive authorities in the field of culture aimed at avoiding risks and protection of museum collections from negative influences of internal and external threats. Research methods. The basis of the choice of methods of study were the principles of systematic and integrated approach to studying the scientific problem. The research involves using the method of documentary analysis, synthesis and comparison, which allows to trace the legal mechanism of the development of conceptual model and the sequence of tasks for the protection of museum collections. Using these research methods has contributed to the obtaining of the theoretical results. The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in the formulation and development of the actual topic,which in the scientific dimension did not receive comprehensive and objective coverage. The idea is that the protection of museum collections involves preparation and implementation of complex measures aimed at regulating the man-made and natural safety of the museum, monitoring and assessing risks and early response to threatened events in order to prevent irreparable harm to cultural values, kept in museum collections. Conclusions. The museum is part of the nationwide system for responding to external and internal threats and is one of the institutions of the object division of the territorial subsystem. The organization of risk management measures in the field of protection of museum collections depends on the number of employees and visitors. The activities concerning the protection of museum collections are divided into stages of daily operation, increased readiness for emergence of threats and state of emergency and martial law. It is stated that the integrated approach to addressing the issue of risk management makes it possible to secure museum collections from the risks of internal and external threats.

The article considers the lesson as a basic form of education, its nature, structure, organization. According to the author, in the first grade IT training, combined type of lessons are the most appropriate. Important requirements for the IT lesson in the initial classes are the saturation of the educational process with problematic situations of varying degrees of conditionality, from game to real ones, and the activation of the motivation of the young pupils through assignment of tasks from other school disciplines. Shown are the benefits of introducing multimedia lessons for the socialization of young pupils, educating in a spirit of tolerance and in respecting the opinions of others.

This report is objectively oriented to accounting information treated on one hand as inputs, and from the other hands - as a product of the accounting system of the enterprise. The purpose of the author is to explore the regulatory, management and technological aspects of the storage of accounting information at every stage of the reporting process, to outline its place, role and importance in the Bulgarian economic and legal peace. In order to achieve the main research objective, the author supports the thesis that regulatory requirements for storing information and management attitudes and solutions for organizing and storing accounting data are lagging behind in their development to technological advances in terms of data archiving and protection against malicious impairment or destruction.

Since the moment of its discovery, the Short Vita of Cyril (Assumption of Cyril) has been incorporated in the Slavic Cyrillo-Methodian sources on a regular basis. Scholars exploring the work of Cyril and Methodius and their disciples have been using this text as a complement to their main research material. The text of Assumption of Cyril is significantly less explored in comparison to the rest of the Slavic Cyrillo-Methodian sources and so far there hasn’t been a complete edition of this important work based on all extant copies. This study seeks to collect, publish and explore all known copies of Assumption of Cyril contained in different types of codices. This, on the other hand, calls for examining the reasons for its inclusion in the manuscripts, in which it functions, thus forming a complete picture of the textual history of Assumption of Cyril in the context of the literary and cultural history of the Balkans. The drawn textological parallels don’t confirm the hypothesis of the text’s archaic nature. The dependence of the text on Vita Methodii suggested by some authors is not confirmed by the textological parallels either. The loci communes between the two works result from the influence of other, later Cyrillo-Methodian sources. It is possible that the compiler of Assumption of Cyril hadn’t known the text of Vita Methodii, at least he never used it. One of the reasons may be rooted in the fact that Vita Methodii was not as widely spread as Vita Cyrilli; moreover, no South-Slavic copies of this work have survived. The text of Assumption of Cyril bears closest similarities to its contemporaneous Assumption of Methodius, to which it is connected by numerous and close textological parallels. The fragment in BAS23 features the authentic text of Assumption of Cyril where the praise to the Bulgarian Orthodox Kingdom is preserved in the same form as it is found in two other works of the Tarnovo pre-Euthymian school: in the Life of Patriarch Joachim I and in Assumption of Methodius. The distinctive features of the work lead to the conclusion that the creation of the text of Assumption of Cyril should be related to the period of the restoration of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom and the rise of the Bulgarian Patriarchate in 1235, as part of the Tarnovo hagiographical cycle in praise of Bulgarian saints. Especially important are the copies of Moldovan origin of Assumption of Cyril, which account for half of the extant copies. There the praise to the Bulgarian Orthodox Kingdom has been reworked into a blessing to all orthodox kingdoms. The earliest witness of this textual tradition is preserved in the Collection of Gavriil Uric of 1439. It appears that political reasons have been behind the composition of the text, that it has been connected with works of the same period, in line with the same political and religious trend, as an outspoken advocacy of Bulgarian statehood and Orthodoxy. As testified by the copies, the text’s political line was used in its further life. Assumption of Cyril entered Romanian literature with the collections structured according to the Jerusalem Typikon and became one of the emblems of the political and religious identity in Moldova at the turn of the seventeenth century, remaining largely connected with the era of the Moldovan Metropolitan Anastasius Crimca. The book includes an edition of all extant copies: deciphered text and photocopies of the manuscripts.

The National Library of Greece (NLG) and the Greek National Opera have been permanently hosted in the new complex of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation’s Cultural Center (SNFCC) since 2018. All programs in the Cultural Center are free of charge for the visitors.

During the last twenty years, Central and Eastern European Online Library (CEEOL) became a leading database and repository offering a highly specialized and comprehensive collection of full text indexed documents in the fields of Humanities and Social Science publications from and about Central and Eastern Europe. The text presents the digital activities of the New Bulgarian University (NBU) Center for the Book during the time of pandemic, declared state of emergency and the closure of the university. The publication covers the work of the Publishing House, the Library, the University Archives and the Readers’ Club. In the period of isolation, the NBU Publishing House published new books in various fields and presented them via Facebook due to the impossibility to hold live meetings in the bookstore of the Center. During this period, the NBU Library (which is a combination of traditional and electronic resources and services) supported online learning through remote services. The University Archive presented virtually the personal archives of Prof. Milcho Leviev and Prof. Miroslav Yanakiev. The NBU Readers’ Club maintained its interest in reading by publishing video reviews of books selected before the pandemic, as Arthur Haley’s Airport, Svetlana Aleksievich’s Chernobyl Prayer, and Olga Tokarchuk’s Flights.

What are the features of the failed transition from analog to digital terrestrial broadcasting in Bulgaria? First and foremost it is the fact that about 300 000 Bulgarians can not receive with no fee the service at home. Although it is supposed to be free for the consumers/users, digital terrestrial TV does not attract new viewers mainly because it offers limited number of programs and no additional interactive services. Media companies distance themselves from this way of distribution of their content. Besides, while being in monopolistic position, the multiplex owners claim losses. As a result of the failed digitization The European Court of Justice sentenced Bulgaria to pay a fine.While Bulgaria readies itself to introduce the digital terrestrial broadcasting, some European countries fail in their attempt to introduce mobile terrestrial broadcasting. This is one more example that it is easy to fail in a project that lacks sustainable business model even though it has an administrative support.
