Particular attention is paid to the very emergence of the concept of corporate social responsibility and its promotion in the European context. The chronology and the main stages in these processes are examined, as well as the framing regulations. The subject of separate analysis is the institutionalization of the concept of corporate social responsibility on a national scale, focusing on the need for adequate policies for the actual implementation of the corporate social responsibility concept in the practice of Bulgarian economic entities.

Music is one of the most effective methods of reducing anxiety, relaxing the body and mind, positively affecting memory. Music can also improve productivity and quality of work. But, every typе of music doesn’t have a productive effect on performance. The choice of music depends largely on the work, and the conditions in which we work. The purpose of this paper is to identify how music makes us more productive, focused and creative at workplace, and to analyse positive effects of music on work performance through application the models of music. The methods that will be used are: induction, comparative method and observation. Only secondary data will be applied.

The article investigates the nature of the tariff wage systems, determines their strengths and weaknesses in the market economy,and establishes the possible directions of their modernization for the effective application in the organizations in the Republic ofBelarusObject of research: tariff wage systems and the directions of their transformation in the conditions of market economy.The purpose is to identify possible areas of their development based on the research of the existing mechanism for constructingtariff wage systems in the organizations of the Republic of Belarus.Methodology: methods of the system analysis of processes and statistical data, methods of groups and classifications, and alsomethod of scientific supervision.Results: components of republican tariff system are systematized and in detail characterized; the algorithm of formation ofconstant and variable parts of a wage is constructed; strengths and weaknesses of the tariff wage systems of in market economy areformulated; the possible directions of their modernization are defined; offers on transformation of existing elements of tariff system fortheir effective application in real sector of economy of Republic of Belarus are formulatedPractical implications: possibility of application of tariff model of wage for the large enterprises is proved and possibility offormation on their basis of own tariff systems is proved.Range of the results application: the offered suggestions can be used in strategy development of Belarusian organizations, aswell as in the educational process in the teaching of subjects in economics.

Careful study of unemployment trends in Bulgaria before and after membership in The European Union (EU) is an important topic. The main objective of this report is to examine the dynamics of unemployment in Bulgaria before and after its accession to the EU. For this purpose, are used a number of key indicators measuring unemployment in the country and were made comparisons of the indicators in the country with those of the EU. The study covers the changing structure of unemployed in Bulgaria before and after accession to the EU and for this purpose are used indicators such as age, gender, education of the unemployed and others. The report finished with conclusions about estimated trends in unemployment and the labour market in the country after EU accession.

The trends and characteristics of training in higher education in Ukraine with due regard for its reforming in accordance with the requirements of the Bologna process are examined in the article. The directions of reforming the higher education system of Ukraine in accordance with the objectives of the Bologna Declaration have been characterized. The indices of activities of universities in Ukraine and financing of higher education have been analyzed. The classification of types of imbalance in the skilled labor market of young professionals have been made, which, in addition to traditional types - quantitative and qualitative imbalance - was supplemented by such species as territorial imbalance (lack of young staff necessary qualification within the depressed regions or their parts) and motivational imbalance (low motivation to work on as a result of irrational choice of field of study). The measures of improving and deepening the relationships with the real economy in the context of improving the quality of higher education have been proposed. The necessity of ensuring the conformity of job places with the requirements and expectations of young professionals on the level of payments and working conditions, career opportunities and professional growth, preventing disproportions and regional asymmetries regarding quality of training and quality of job places have been substantiated.

It is substantiated that the competitive advantages of the countries and its subjects in modern conditions are provided not only by the capacity of the basic branches of economy, but by the quality of human resources. Global trends in the development of education in the modern world are manifested in the growing size of the education sector, the expansion of coverage of the population of higher education, increasing the educational period in a person's life (expected length of education), the realization of the concept of lifelong education, diversification of forms of organization and financing of educational activities. It is substantiated that the formation of intellectual potential in the process of globalization is a decisive factor in improving the competitiveness of national economies and the development of the global market at the present stage. The purpose of the article is to identify the key factors for the formation of intellectual potential in the structure of the global economy and to characterize key trends. The key factors that determine its development are highlighted, in particular, the number of students in higher education institutions, the level and status of higher education and science funding (both in general and per student), rating opportunities and results in global rankings and indices. The basic tendencies of change of these indicators are investigated. Priorities of formation of the intellectual potential of the state and opportunities for its development are determined. It is proved that in the current conditions it is important to improve the economic mechanism of functioning of the higher education system: the search for the optimal model of public funding aimed at ensuring the quality of education and overcoming differences in access to quality education. This requires a clear understanding of the desired results, goals and mechanisms for achieving them. A pressing issue for modern educational practice is the further elaboration of funding mechanisms based on performance, the development of simple, clear and clear goals that can be identified and defined as outcomes and benchmarks for funding educational institutions. The necessity of the state position to preserve and support our intellectual elite, accumulated over many years of educational potential, is substantiated. The experience of the advanced countries of the world shows that the creation of a cohort of powerful research universities can be an effective factor in the development of higher education and increase the country's competitiveness. Thus, the main factors of intellectualization can determine the competitiveness of the national economy, and the formation of intellectual potential in the education system is a necessary prerequisite for its growth.

With the development of information society, a crucial role is played by knowledge, a growing general public interest in the determination of the performance criteria of scientific research, because rational use of scientific potential and its growth and positioning in the international arena depend on it greatly. That is why the purpose of carrying out this work is a synthesis of existing in Ukraine theoretical and methodological approaches to the evaluation of scientific activity and their comparison with other countries.The article analyzes the regulatory support evaluation of academic institutions and staff research activities. The approaches and indicators proposed by scientists to assess the impact of scientific activities are studied. The Forms, methods and evaluation trends of academic institutions and research performance used in highly developed countries are observed. The necessity of scientific activity evaluati on in Ukraine is defined.Summarizing the research, the following conclusions can be made: in Ukraine there are no optimal methodical approaches or clear criteria, which would give a real assessment of scientific activity effectiveness. The experience of highly developed countries demonstrates the need to create their own performance evaluation methods and performance research activities individually for each country. The use of the same evaluation criteria in Ukraine will allow us to follow the dynamics of the performance indicators of scientific activity that can help define problems, which do not give rational use of the existing scientific potential and prospects of further science development.

The aim of the article is the formulation of basic theoretical and methodological approaches to the assessment of social and employment potential. The method of assessment of social and employment potential of the region is based on available statistical information that reflects the patterns of its components. Social and employment potential - a category that allows to reveal not only the potential of each individual subject of industrial relations, but also enhance the possibility of such additional benefits arising from the social relations. Analyzed its component structures, which formed by demographic, economic, intellectual, social and psychophysiological components. These potential components of the region are formed on the basis of specific components of personal potential of its carrier, namely, health, morals, activity, intelligence, organization, education, professionalism and resources of the time. Have been provided the calculation and analysis of partial indices of social and employment potential areas of Ukraine tracing trends of change over the past 10 years and offset ranking positions. We used the method of cluster analysis of social and employment potential in the regions of Ukraine, which allows to track overall trends for individual territorial social systems that will help identify the causes of problems and appropriate situations. The conducted research is important for public authorities, who can use the constancy of collecting statistical information on indicators that reflect the development of social and employment potential for the settlement, including under and we offer techniques to other terms that have helped to make forecasts of areas. This allows to form, develop and implement effective employment opportunities for people from employment in the economy of the region.

The main features of category «development of human potential» is indissoluble unity of concentrated in the man of individual, social and biophysical internals, that needs practical actions interests of development of individual.

The purpose of the article is to determine the products of higher education institutions and describe their main types.The following methods are implemented: analysis, synthesis and generalization for defining the key concepts; systematic approach for determining the types of products generated by higher educational institutions in current economic conditions; the abstract-logical method for drawing conclusions.The article is devoted to the analysis of contemporary scientific approaches towards definition of products generated by higher educational institutions.The main products generated by a higher education institution, taking into account the specific nature of its activities, are educational products and scientific outcomes. The educational product of a higher education institution is the result of its educational activity, intended for sale or exchange and represented in the form of tangible educational goods or intangible educational services and competencies. The research outcomes of an institution of higher education are the result of its scientific innovation and include intellectual property rights, scientific results, research and development on demand of consumers, as well as means of dissemination of academic knowledge.The clarification of the essence and definition of the types of products of a higher educational institution can help to ensure a systematic approach to the development of measures to optimize the management of the economic activities of higher educational institutions and to increase their competitiveness as market economy entities. The prospects for further academic research are linked to the clarification of the nature of the mutual influence of the educational and scientific-innovative products of Ukrainian higher education institutions.

The paper is devoted to the comparative analysis of the essence of the concept of "competitiveness" in relation to human resources and other similar categories, identification of their advantages, disadvantages and scope in terms of digitalization of the economy and society. It was determined that in the context of digitalization it is expedient to apply the approach to studying the process of forming the competitive advantages of human resources, as allows to consider the competitive advantages in relation to all age groups and at all stages of forming and development of competitiveness.Today, such qualitative advantages as the ability of intensive using of the modern information and communication technologies, digital literacy, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, focus on achieving the end result are becoming very important.The characteristics of the levels of forming of the competitiveness of human resources (personal, microeconomic, sectoral, territorial, macroeconomic and global) were given. The urgency of forming and development of global competitiveness of human resources in the conditions of modern realities was emphasized.It was emphasized that along with the traditional forms of employment on a permanent basis, temporary, remote, non-standard employment is becoming more widespread, providing greater freedom of choice for both employers and employees (the best performer or place of work).The directions of improving the competitiveness of human resources in the context of digital transformation of the economy lying in the plane of development of their personal and business qualities, improvement of measures of the state regulatory influence, maintenance of quality of workplaces, consideration of specifics and the features of employment with application of information and communication technologies were offered.

Purpose of the study covers the theoretical issues of industrial relations in a market economy. The aim of work is substantiation oftheoretical propositions the functioning of social and labour relations in socially oriented market economy. Methods of work: historical;abstract and logical, system approach.Results of work: considered theoretical approaches before understanding of social and labour relations and their development inthe market, presented the author's definition of «social and labour relations» and its actuality in use of modern economy, formedcategorical apparatus development social and labour relations.Practical implications: earning process in higher education, forming reference books; further applied economic research.Conclusions: having considered the essence social and labour relations, clarified their notion and interests their parties. Citing theterm «industrial relations», «economic relations» and «social and labour relations», their use by scientists and practitionersestablished that the latter is narrower concept and includes social and labour issues in the formation and development of the socialmarket economy. Social and labour relations are key the throughout complex economic and social relations, so the notions of labourissues form the categorical apparatus development social and labour relations as a system.

The aim of the article is systematization of the theoretical going near determination of essence of charges on a health protection, research of tendencies and directions of optimization of financing of medical industry.In market conditions importance of social value of charges on a health protection is implicit, in fact caring about the health of people is one of major social functions of the state, and a right on medicare is stopped up in Constitution of Ukraine. Under charges state payments that is not subject to the return understand in a health protection, and also does not create and does not compensate financial requirements. Taking into account exceptional meaningfulness of charges on a health protection, certainly, that their size must be based on the requirement of population in medical services (to the help) and economic efficiency of activity of establishments of health protection, that would be the index of volume and quality of services that is given. A major task in relation to a management and optimization of financing of health protection budgetary facilities is seen in creation of the transparent, multichannel, system of financial streams managed by the state. For the decision of questions on the requirements of present time priority gets to the stable and effective економіко-правовій base, to the self-weighted public policy in the field of budgetary, that will allow to attain quality changes and by the proper rates to carry out converting into an economy.
