It is in the Bible that Jan Twardowski's entire creation is rooted, and for this reason the characters that appear most often are those of Christ and the Virgin Mary. The poet paints them in a humane and simple way. It breaks patterns and conventions to give primacy to naturalness and simplicity.

What constitutes the point of reference for understanding the phenomenon of ecclesiastical movements is their theological dimension and not the sociological analysis. The author presents a problem in the following way: - historical and theological background - charisms - gifts offered by God to man - John Paul II: the Church is a movement - movement and mystery - response of man L John Paul II's teaching to representatives of ecclesiastical movements best describes the integral conception of faith that animates the people involved in the activities of different communities and groups in the Church. Ecclesiastical movements would like to represent an evangelical ferment as well as a tool for a complete transformation of a person in each dimension of existence and in each environment.

The article presents the Christian conception of time and history. These ideas are analyzed according to the papal letter Tertio millennio adveniente. Redemption is at the same time the historical fact as the event of grace. The awareness of the absolute gratuity of divine interventions in history reveals the most objective value of the Christian life. Christianity brought the new conception of time and history. Time becomes in Jesus Christ - Incarnate Word - the dimension of God who is eternal in himself. On the threshold of the third millennium, Christianity saw its turn not only chronologically but also religiously and culturally. Reading papal documents understands the essence of current changes and teaches how Christian ideas can be realized in our times.

The article comments New Testament texts in the light of contemporary stylistics. The style of the utterances of Jesus turns out to be the exceptional phenomenon. Its statements are distinguished by the highest degree of syntactic and semantic coherence due to the internal logic of the content, its doctrinal unity and its completeness (we can notice these excptionnal qualities of the style on the example of the fragments taken from the prophets).

The article presents two fragments of the fourth century confined to the interpretation of the Nicene Creed. They describe the relationship between the Father and his Son in the Holy Trinity. The first fragment consists of the beginning of the Fourth Address against the Arians attributed to Athanasius, the second comes from the volume "for the inhabitants of Anthioche" where St. Athanasius gives two different interpretations of the Nicene Creed by judging both Orthodox. The two Christian groups, the Meltius and Paulinus supporters, accepted both of these interpretations. The comparison of these two texts shows that the ideas of the author of the Fourth Speech against the Arians are very similar to the ideas of the partisans of Paulinus, a conservative group, related to Anthioche's theological traditions. We can therefore believe that the unknown author of the Fourth Speech is related to this group and that he wrote his work about the same time as the volume for the inhabitants of Anthioche, perhaps a few years before 362.
