Article is devoted to consideration of tendencies of development of systems of the compensation applied in theorganizations of Republic of Belarus since 1993 to the present. In it the preconditions which have caused need ofmodernization of mechanisms of the organization and state regulation of compensation in the republic are formulated,the reasons constraining distribution of flexible systems in Republic of Belarus, and also measures which will promotegrowth of interest of employers regarding transformation of applied tariff systems in the flexible.
