Етнопсихологически емпирико-теоретичен модел на рефлексивна картина за квалификация на учителя
The topic of ethnic and national identity, ethnic consciousness, intercultural dialogue, multiculturalism, and contemporary society have become particularly acute in recent years, especially with the intensification of the immigration processes of large groups of people. The problem we are looking for is the inability of the continuing qualification system to prepare adequately the pedagogical staff for the fulfillment of their main function due to the inadequacy of the elements and processes in the teacher‘s qualification system with the cultural and ethno-psycho-pedagogical aspects of educational interactions oriented towards the stage of Postmodernist society. In this context, the present study offers a conceptual framework and an experimental ethno-psychological empirical-theoretical model for teacher qualification in intercultural education environments.
