In this paper, we want to highlight the elements characteristic to the didactic process based onthe subjective evaluation methods. The issue of didactic evaluation is an important step in thetraining process, which must fall within the limits of educational objectivity and responsibility.According to the literature, the term of "evaluation" designates a series of operations to obtaininformation, useful ideas on students' level of training and understanding; thus "assessing" issynonymous with "ascertain" the effects of an action for that it should be valued in terms of theobjectives pursued. At the same time, the evaluation can be regarded as a process whichmeasures and values the results obtained within the education system, the way of using theresources, as well as other elements necessary for the activity by making comparisons of theresults with the proposed objectives, in order to adopt the best solutions to solve the problemsthat may arise in the course of time. Therefore, the didactic evaluation has a role of majorimportance in the educational process, being directly or indirectly related to the progress oflearning as well as the process of teaching. Taking into account the usefulness of the didacticevaluation process from a subjective and objective perspective, the role played by the didacticevaluation in the learning process can be highlighted. So, starting from the message on the wallof Albert Einstein's office, namely that "Not everything that counts can be counted, and noteverything that can be counted counts." we can say that as consumers of education, we aretempted to go through the subjective or objective evaluation filter all the aspects of theeconomic, social and educational life. As a consequence, the present paper brings forth, on theone hand the theoretical aspects of the didactic process, and on the other hand the practicalaspects of this process thus materialized through the subjective evaluation.

One of the most acute problems faced by the education in our country is school dropout, a phenomenon that generates negative effects at the level of the individual and on the whole society. The motivation of school dropout, according to statistical surveys in the field, is most often the poor economic situation, the disorganized family environment, the exodus of parents abroad and the lack of attractive jobs for young people. In this article, we have proposed to talk about a topic related to the educational crisis situations that may arise in a class of students, based on the relationships that are created in this educational environment. If we look at a class of students as a social group, made up of individuals with different personalities and unique thoughts, then the conflicting situations and the misunderstandings between the members of this group are an absolutely natural phenomenon. Trying to understand the nature and causes of crisis situations - and not just looking at them as negative aspects of human existence, they can provide a chance of maturing, because such situations can be even beneficial, since their solution requires communication, discussions, arguments and conclusions. Crisis situations can also help to discover their own values and beliefs, can have creative results, being a positive force for personal growth and social change. Finally, we can emphasize the role and responsibility of the teacher to create a favorable educational climate for the pupil's educational development by directing and managing the whole learning process. He is also responsible for managing crisis situations, because preventing and timely resolution of any situation is absolutely necessary for the preventing negative consequences on the psychological profile of the student. There are no miracle recipes to master a crisis, but these can be prevented, which involves a multitude of strategies and intervention techniques. This activity is a true art, which highlights the qualities of an artist that must have every teacher in classroom management.

The appeal of Intermarium on the far right lies in how it can be portrayed as a political third way. This interpretation takes the ideas of the national conservatives further by positing Intermarium as the remaining heartland of the “true Europe”, a bulwark not only against Putinist “neo-Bolshevism” encroaching from Moscow, but also against the neoliberal, multicultural, secular and feminist “neo-Bolshevism” emanating from Brussels.
