Модератор трибине била је Дејана Оцић, енциклопедиста и уредник за лексикографију у Заводу за уџбенике у Београду.

Стабилност на емулсии от типа масло/вода с конюгирана линолова киселина

The model emulsion systems from type oil / water with oil phase refined sunflower oil type “Classic” and water phase – deionized water and conjugated acid (CLA) – have been studied. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the stability characteristics of model oil / water emulsions with conjugated linoleic acid and to develop sensory profiles of the texture consistency and taste. For this purpose, a spectroscopic method for dispersion analysis, microscopic method, rheology and sensory profile of the consistency indicator have been used. It has been found that with an increase in the oil phase from 30% to 60% at CLA content between 1% and 3%, the data on the coefficient of transmission is statistically indistinguishable and, in the case of low concentration of the oil phase (10% and 20%) there is a tendency to increase the transmission coefficient. The rheological studies of model emulsions have a deviation from the dependence on flow rate of pseudoplastic bodies for a gradient of 1.32 min-1 to 2 min-1. After 2 min-1 there is a dependence on flowing of pseudoplastic bodies. As the speed increases, the emulsions are restructured. Emulsions are not stable and a stabilizer should be used. According to the sensory analysis, it can be concluded that the recommended concentrations of CLA in mayonnaise for a gentle and non-acidic flavor product is 2%. The addition of CLA to low oil phase values is suitable for developing emulsion sauces and dressings.

Research and innovation is key to foster human and infrastructures capacity building in coastal, marine and maritime sectors in view of unlocking unique opportunities for a sustainable and environmental friendly blue growth in the Black Sea. In this sense, the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) will become a reference framework for marine and maritime strategies to be used as a programmatic tool for defining national, European, and sea-basin priorities.

Овде ћемо приказати један регионалног значаја, одржан у Загребу 6. априла 2005. године, и други национални, одржан као традиционално Саветовање Змајевих дечјих игара 7. јуна 2005. године у Новом Са- ду. Изван нашег видокруга остао је скуп одржан на Учитељском факултету у Сомбору крајем маја 2005. године.

Teachers need to develop and improve their knowledge to be in favor of the newest methods and ways of teaching. They also need to share their practices both in personal and professional way. This opportunity was given by a new educational forum – a National Conference “Thematic and Value models in Education and Philosophy Teaching”. The event was held in South West University “Neofit Rilski”, Blagoevgrad on May, 10th – 11th, 2019. The organizers of the event were the Faculty of Philosophy from the South-West University and Regional Department of Education in Blagoevgrad. The conference aimed at enriching knowledge of teachers in both schools and universities, as well as giving opportunities for sharing good practices and finding innovative and common solutions of current issues in teaching and learning Philosophy. This was the second conference of the kind and it attracted more participants. There were different sessions in two days based on the humanity in Philosophy, new educational standards, civic education as a new school subject, innovative and modern methods of teaching and how to put films and video materials into practice in teaching. The second day of the conference aimed at new understanding about reason. There were valuable discussion about Religion as a school subject and an interesting article on Axiotopics. The final discussion pointed at the importance of such events finding common ways to deal with problems and presenting innovative methods and achievements which is a challenge for the new forum next year.

The degree of provision of housing is under the influence of the ongoing construction of new residential buildings and of housing in the country. The aim of the author in this report is to reveal the trends in the housing provision of the Bulgarian population and in the construction of new homes, and on this basis to try to predict the strength of these processes in the near future. The first part of the report examines the housing provision of the population of Bulgaria, and the second part – the new housing construction. The author's predictions are presented in the conclusion.
