In today's consumer society, growing environmental problems are reflected on existing lifestyles, and fashion, clothing and textiles as well. This inquiry emerged in clothing, has increased with the use of carcinogenic paints used in textile products. In the ecological production process, it is important that the raw materials are sensitive to the environment, clean production methods are preferred and the dyeing methods are environmentally friendly accordingly. In wearable art, the preferred naturalness and orientation towards nature enables this art to contribute to the ecological fashion. In addition to the natural materials used in the wearable art, the use of natural dyeing methods also contributes the development of ecological fashion. The objective of this study is to research Eco-Dyeing, Eco-printing methods among natural dyeing methods scientifically based on the resources, in usable and wearable garment designs. For this purpose, wearable garments will be produced by using Eco-Dyeing, Eco-printing methods which make use of natural materials that do not damage the balance of nature and do not harm human health.

Cities in Serbia are passing through the initial phase of economic, social and physical renewal. At the same time the cities are confronted with major wave of investing by foreign and domestic investors. The majority of he investments are being directed to greenfield locations resulting with rapid decrease of agricultural land. With land problems in perspective as well as with new economic, demographic and social situation in Serbia, combined with the enormous problem of regional disbalance, the EU and USA experiences point out the urgent need of recycling building land and activating neglected or depleted locations within urban area. The idea of mobilizing brownfields i.e. unused industrial, military or communal structures and locations, should help in solving many economic, social and environmental problems in Serbian cities and towns. The article cites European experiences with brownfields and offers some measures, instruments and recommendations relating to city land recycling and activating brownfields in Serbia.

This paper discusses fact that there is small number of articles about bioclimatic research in domestic scientific literature which is correlated with small number of bioclimatic researching projects. Authors want to emphasize that for changing this condition it is necessary to applying multidisciplinary approach to bioclimatic research. As an example of multidisciplinary approach in bioclimatic research it is representing mathematical model MENEX-5. This model opens a new opportunities for bioclimatic research of actual environmental problems, which are trigger by global climate change and destruction of ozone layer.

Researches of existing environmental state represent the basis of the researches for the needs of planning new activities or increasing existing activities in space, but also the basis for population’s health research and protection and maintaines of areas with important natural and cultural-historic values. Investigations of air pollution and air quality fall into group of basic activities during describing and evaluating the total environmental state in certain area. This paper identifies the main sources of air pollution in the municipality of Loznica and, according to results of measured values of air pollutants (emission and imission values), concludes about air quality. It also proposes in the end mitigation measures for improvement of the air quality, and therefore of entire environment.

Lepenica river basin is axis of economic and urban development of Šumadija region. However, because of disorderly water regime of Lepenica river and its tributaries, it appears several hydrologic problems on this territory, as example insufficiency of drinking and irrigating water by one cite, and floods and torrents (especially in Kragujevac valley) by other cite. Particular problem is water quality and pollution in river basin. In this paper will be analyzed water quality of Lepenica river and artificial lakes, built in its river basin, according to the data of Republic Hydrometeorologic Institute of Serbia. Also, it will be present polluter cadastre in river basin.

In this paper we will analyze specific reconciliation emergency of nature assets protection with a spatial and functional urban landscapes development trend. Due to multifunctional nature of urban landscapes, high level of air, water and land pollution, noise magnitude exalted influence, disarrangement of autochthony communications flows inside major nature complexes, as well as other forms of anthropopressure on the nature assets, active protection process of such assets and theirs management becomes more and more complex. On the town Belgrade territory it is recorded more than 45 natural objects which are protected by law and are under custody and managerial regime that enable theirs sustainable existence in the dominantly anthropogenic landscape.

In compatibility with actual recommendations and policy which leads to improvement and preservation of integral environment and especially its valuable and rare natural features and complex territory, which may separate under category of protected natural asset or area, it is necessary to implement these active and integral approach to all variety of planning documents who have purpose for regulation of some area. Civilized society which take care about their environment not only in short time period but in the period who will be reality for many of future generations, must take special interests in process of spatial planning and its integral part, nature protection. Way of managing and advisedly, expert references which are need to controlling natural development of some asset, have to be harmonically connected with real state of same asset, but none observed only in their isolation, yet in real environment and their planned perspective.

In compatibility with actual recommendations and policy which leads to improvement and preservation of integral environment and especially its natural values, it is necessary to implementation active and integral approach to all variety of planning documents. For the needs of the preparation of the Preliminary Design of the traffic artery the inner ring road (IRR) in Belgrade the issue of the protection of the environment has been analyzed within the framework of the special study. In order to visualize the impact of "the IRR" to its surroundings, the solutions of the traffic artery were analyzed from the aspect of the protection of the environment in the sense of definition of harmful impacts and proposals of measures for their prevention or removal. The basic starting point was to get an answer whether Belgrade, from ecological aspect, can withstand the new traffic artery. In this paper will show specified in work in the environmental impact study for City ring road.

During last few decades the phenomenon of global warming up of the atmosphere is discovered. It is also concluded that the climate in cities changes, the main result of what is the higher air temperature, the heat island within the places with cold weather. This happens also in Belgrade. There are many reasons for this phenomenon, but the anthropogenic production of energy is considered to be one of the main factors for the rise of temperature. The aim of this work is to define anthropogenic sources of heat in Belgrade and to reckon the quantity of heat they emit as additional sources in relation to the sun.

The social nature of the Internet poses a significant challenge for creating an informed and responsible process of educating children and youngsters. The active involvement and the presence of young people in social networking environments cannot be treated as a separate part of reality. For a generation brought up in a constant relationship with the new media, there is no clear division into a social life inside the media and outside it. Both those spheres constitute a common basis for socialization. The demands for the control and selection of the content that a young person may encounter are thus unjustified, as the same, regardless of the means of prevention applied, are accessible to young people anyway. The cultural situation requires suiting educational processes to the situation where life, experienced through the media, becomes one with the commonplace reality as a common ground of dailiness.

The aesthetics of our visual surroundings has been ‘suffering’ from the so-called graffiti for a couple of recent years. Numerous spray-painted characters, writings, and drawings have been appearing on city walls, which seem to be visual rubbish in our environment. Graffiti is a phenomenon in which one can discern the aspects of both creation and destruction, whose causes are complex and manifold, including ideological, artistic, personal, football-related etc. Children and youngsters should be educated and informed about this issue.

Aim: The subject of this work are contemporary methods of designing public space based on cooperation with city users. At present, authorities of the cities attempt to involve citizens in the process of architectural change. The key component of the series of research are designing processes composed of various social consultations, architectural workshops and competitions, in which the resident's need to shape the city is visible and evident. Methods: The author of article will indicate varied methods of designing public space involving citizens, based on experiences of Warsaw (Poland), and conducted analysis of design processes and results. Results: and ConclusionArchitecture is a reflection of political and economic situation but is also a reflection of citizens way of living. The gap between city users and professionals might be filled with social cooperation process. The residents knowledge of the space is essential to build and transform the cities in a way to fulfill the user’s needs and requirements.

The research constituting the basis for this article is aimed at gauging the risk of various addictions among the school-aged youth of Bytom, followed by designing of a local scheme of addiction prevention. Analyses presented in this text clearly reinforce the need to approach the phenomena of addiction comprehensively; the said approach would not only investigate the causes, but also propose practical solutions. Both efficient and effective prevention scheme should be developed as inter-institutional co-operation. Thus, the author develops a set of suggested solutions to the problems diagnosed.
