Kapitał relacyjny firm w prewencji i interwencji antykryzysowej
This article presents the empirical research report on the potential impact of relational capital on strengthening prevention and intervention actions of enterprises facing crises or recession. On the basis of qualitative research, conducted in 57 companies, authors positively verify the hypothesis, which assumes that there is a significant correlation between the intensity and quality of different kinds of relationships with business stakeholders in the economic environment and actual economic condition and future growth prospects. Additionally, authors suggest that executives very rarely use consciously and intentionally relational elements of capital as a medium in an anti-crisis programs.
