The Physical education classes of students with special educational needs have itself peculiarities which is logical and explainable. It is well known that the load density is an indirect indicator for physical load because it gives information only for the capacity of the load and not for the intensity. Although this indicator is the necessary first condition for achieving optimal physical load. However, the criterion of optimality and sufficiency is different when it comes to children with mental retardation. This is due not only to differences in the psychophysical development of these children, but is also dictated by the different aims and “more modest” tasks of physical education and sport in children with intellectual disabilities. The physical activity and the associated physical load are an indispensable factor for the proper psycho-physical development of adolescents. It is equally necessary for both normal children and those with psychophysical anomalies.

Ukraine deserves a stable financial environment and civilized insurance market. With a gradual increase of understanding level ofinsurance as a financial tool of protection between citizens and some employers appears a habit to make contracts of voluntaryinsurance, including health insurance.Infrastructure elements of insurance market with a focus on the market of voluntary health insurance services are the subject of thearticle. The aim of the article is to analyze the current state of individual components of the infrastructure and its impact on segmentof voluntary health insurance services, to set existing problems and to formulate proposals for their solving.To achieve this goal, considering the specificity of insurance as a business area and characteristics of insurance companiesactivities at the moment, the following methods as systematic approach, observation, method of dynamic series and relative values,elements of content analysis are used in the research.Examples of modern legal documents, role of self-regulatory insurance organizations in their development are given in the article.Necessity of understanding of professional insurance terminology, expertise, medical assistance and its interaction with insurancecompanies are emphasized. Importance of ethical relationships of the last with clients, partners, colleagues and competitors; following theCode of ethics in insurance; implementation of leading insurance organizations experience into national practice are accentuated.Insurance premiums and payments dynamics of voluntary health insurance, increasing of which confirms people's understanding ofimportance of their health preserving, elevation of services quality in different health institutions is analyzed. Problems related to the specificity ofsupporting services for insurers that carry out voluntary health insurance are outlined. Impossibility of unjustified volume and value overestimationof health care services that are included into accounts as a risk for financial indicators of insurance company is accentuated.For improvement and development of infrastructure of the insurance market in the segment of voluntary health insurance servicesmarket are offered some ideas: to enhance information transparency of insurance market subjects and to intensify educativeactivities for potential customers; to use management innovations; to make expert prediction of the behavior of insurance consumers;to expand introduction of IT technology into the practice of insurers. Authors’ offers are based on the analysis of experience andpractice of domestic insurance companies including current development of the insurance market. The results of the research can beused by the insurance market participants and by economical universities in such subjects as "Insurance" and "Insurance services".Present-day insured are able to analyze information about voluntary health insurance, to monitor insurance companies beforechoose their programs and give any preferences to those, which fulfill their contracts obligations and keep insurance ethics; havehigh level staff; around the clock assistance support; cooperate with modern clinics and independent experts.Understanding of the relevance and development of infrastructure of the insurance market, which depend on all its members, are apromising direction for positive dynamics of the market of voluntary health insurance services.

The article focuses on the “translation” of the language of clothing, which is characteristic of Bulgarians in modern language. The accumulated knowledge allows us to try to read the “language of clothing” as “our” ancestors “speak” and “write”. In order to read it, I draw both data about the style of Bulgarian folk clothing and examples of folk tales, ritual practices in a family environment. The aim is to reveal this “translated text” as a typical method of affirming the national identity on a local and national scale.

The Center for the Study of Democracy has undertaken a special inquiry into the topic of drug abuse - which was fueled by the drug epidemic of the late 1990s and has grown to become a real social threat - and the problem of drug dealing, which is a major mechanism for the generation of organized crime in Bulgaria. This report addresses drug supply and demand in Bulgaria with the ambition of mapping a vast information void and identifying the basic mechanisms and stakeholders of the drug market. However, the peculiarities of drug diffusion and consumption do not allow the use of the standard suite of economic research tools and vehicles throughout the study. This analysis has been divided into three sections. The first addresses the genesis of drug distribution, while the second describes its structure and functioning. The findings about supply presented in the first two parts are based on a series of in-depth interviews with dealers of different groups of drugs, long-term drug users, with police and security officers (experienced in combating drug traffic, drug production, and drug dealing), doctors, and civil organizations engaged in treatment services to drug addicts. Section 3 highlights drug demand, and brings into play the findings of the First National Population Survey on Drug Consumption in Bulgaria conducted by Vitosha Research. For the purpose of this study, CSD and Vitosha Research used the research tools of the European Monitoring Center on Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA).

A key role for success is the partnership between the institutions in social protection from domestic violence. The creation of a model of interaction at a regional level is the next stage in the process of partnership within the Local mechanism for the application of the Law on protection from domestic violence. It is necessary to improve the process of coordination and information exchange; to provide training for professionals; to strengthen cooperation between institutions in the implementation of measures for rehabilitation of perpetrators of domestic violence; to develop social infrastructure to support victims and perpetrators through new programs, development of competences, new (social) services.

Quality of life of people of desabilities depends of measures of support. Personal assistance is an important form of non-institutional support for people with disabilities. Its essence is that in the focus of attention is the user and his/her needs. Personal assistance enables people with disabilities to engage in society and satisfy their personal, professional and social needs. Personal assistance is actually the embodiment of a philosophy of independent life, the principles of which are: the possibility of choice, independence in decision-making, control of the work of assistants, responsibility and the right to mistake. In addition to the legal and subordinate regulations of importance for the implementation of personal assistance in Republic of Serbia, in this paper will also analyze working of service of personal assistance in Niš. In this way, the key problems in the functioning of the personal assistant servicecan be noticed. As one of the most serious problems is project financing of personal assistance in all cities of Serbia, which greatly affects its sustainability and reduces the quality of life of persons with disabilities and the certainty of the employment of the assistants themselves. Solving this and all other problems related to the functioning of personal assistance in Serbia will certainly contribute to the realization of the principles of social justice and the creation of a more humane and more just society.

Во текот на изминативе пет децении се случија низа промени во третманот на лицата со интелектуална попреченост. Постои тенденција за редизајнирање на општеството дизајнирано за „здравите, способните и силните“ и создавање инклузивно општество еднакво за сите негови граѓани. Процесот на деинституцијализација е еден од процесите што особено придонесе за подобрување на квалитетот на животот на возрасните лица со интелектуална попреченост и нивна социјална инклузија во сите текови на современото живеење. Проценката на квалитетот на живеењето и поврзаноста со работната ангажираност на возрасните корисници е неизбежна, затоа што процесот резултира со нови конфигурации на потребите и услугите за поуспешна и подобра инклузија во општеството. Со истражувањето се опфатени 80 лица со интелектуална попреченост корисници на станбените единици за живеење со поддршка во Скопје и во Неготино. Заедничките заклучоци упатуваат на тоа дека корисниците на овие станбени единици сметаат дека се потребни дополнителни активности за исполнување на нивното слободно време. Исто така потребно е работно ангажирање на корисниците со повеќе активности затоа што тоа влијае на нивното расположение и се сметаат за општествено корисни граѓани. Генералниот заклучок покажува дека работната ангажираност влијае на квалитетот на животот на оваа категорија луѓе, што укажува на потребата од проширување на дејноста на дневните центри во Скопје и во Неготино и отворање на локалната средина за оваа категорија луѓе. Со ова ќе се придонесе за поголема самостојност и социјaлна инклузија на возрасните лица со интелектуална попреченост.
