The material presents the application of the holistic approach in the preparation of students from pedagogical specialties for work in an inclusive environment. Students' personal experience builds not only on knowledge. The resource of exercises in several learning subjects is used to explore the difficulties children and the elderly with disabilities experience in their attempts to live a full life. The conclusion is that the training of pedagogical specialists, and why not other professionals, is completed and adequately applied in practice if it is done in the light of the needs of those who use their services and products.

The perception of the works of art displayed in art galleries is very important for the development of children’s artistic talents. Field trips leave deep and lasting impressions in the memory of most of them and are remembered for a long time. This intensifies their watchfulness, boosts their thinking and imagination, improves their memory and develops their artistic imagination. The ability to perceive artwork is built gradually, carefully, patiently, with the help of adults. Children could stay indifferent to works of art for a long time, if a teacher or parent does not focus their attention on them. They are supposed to take children to museums and galleries, make them familiar with the variety of artwork by attending exhibitions in art galleries, get children feel love, lasting interest and need of contact with artwork.

The paper is devoted to the political biography and ideological views of H.P. Newton, who was an outstanding fighter for civil rights of African Americans, political thinker, human rights activist, and internationally recognized scholar. The aim of this paper is historical analysis of the phenomenon of the radical leftist current in the movement of African Americans for civil rights and liberties during the second half of the 20th century based on the research of the political views of H.P. Newton, the leader of the “Black Panthers” party. In order to achieve the set aim, the following tasks are solved: (1) to consider the reasons, conditions, and actualization of radical leftist currents in the African American movement for civil rights and liberties during the second half of the 20th century; (2) to reveal the occurrence, major historical and ideological events in the activity of African American radical leftists by the example of the “Black Panthers” party, as well as to show the role and place of the party in the social and political life of the USA; (3) to analyze the consequences of the development of radical currents in the African American movement for civil rights and liberties during the second half of the 20th century. The scientific novelty of the paper is that it, for the first time in the modern Russian historiography, provides a complex analysis of the phenomenon of leftist currents in the movement of African Americans for civil rights and liberties during the second half of the 20th century using the views of H.P. Newton, the leader of the “Black Panthers” party, as the example. For a long time, there was a stereotype of social and political life in the United States, according to which the “Black Panthers” party headed by H.P. Newton was a criminal terrorist organization. However, an alternative point of view based on newly emerging data from the declassified archives has recently gained strength in the US historiography. This paper is one of the first attempts in Russian historiography to give an objective and undistorted image of H.P. Newton as a representative of radical leftists in the movement of African Americans for civil rights during the second half of the 20th century.

In this article, the author compares school education for pupils aged 16 years and over in Bulgaria and England. At the beginning of the article, he looks at the general matrix of the curriculum and the degree of freedom of choice for students. In Bulgaria, the educational model follows the way of training students aged 14 – 16, with limited choice within the profile. In England, on the other hand, there is a significant difference: after 16 years of age, students have the complete freedom to choose which subjects to study.Further, the author focuses on teaching Bulgarian in Bulgaria and English in England to illustrate the different approaches. For this purpose, he uses the Bulgarian language requirements published by the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science and the English language requirements of the Ministry of Education in England. Finally, the author examines the examination process and compares the types of questions that are included in the Bulgarian matriculation in Bulgaria and the types of questions included in the GCS A Level Exams in England.

The article analyzes the purposes of the government of Peter I during the formation of the first professional schools. A chronological framework covers the first quarter of the 18th century (1700—1725). The author is guided by standard and legal documents, business correspondence, sources of personal origin. The work mainly uses historical and chronological, historical and comparative and comparative and legal methods of the research. It is noted that in normative legal acts and other sources it is possible to reveal aspiration of Peter and his colleagues to make use of foreign experience in the state policy. In the article it is proved that the use of the western experience did not mean mechanical copying of foreign institutes. On the basis of it there is the conclusion that loans did not pursue the aim to conform to the western standards. It was talked of their critical reconsideration and use of separate instruments of state policy in education for the solution of internal tasks. These tasks become obvious in the analysis of professions which were studied in Petrovsky schools. The emphasis was placed on military technical education. Civil educational institutions were also created, but they did not gain serious development. This choice is explained by personal interests of Peter I and features of world situation of the Russian state during the considered period. Besides, it is specified in the article that despite loan of foreign experience, professional schools carried on tradition of not numerous educational institutions of the 17th century, though with certain reservations. If in the 17th century were mainly studied the sciences demanded in executive authorities — orders (foreign languages, medicine, printing, etc.), then Peter changed this orientation. At the same time, the general trend — satisfaction of requirement of the state for qualified personnel — did not change.

The paper sets forth the task of continuing the tradition of Cultural Studies’ approach to contemporary youth cultures in Bulgaria. Based on fieldwork (a participant observation in two outsourcing companies and in-depth interviews), the analysis presents the new opportunity on the labor market, rapidly turning into a major option for youths in big cities – the outsourcing companies (Bulgaria is currently considered to be among top outsourcing destinations). The text is an effort to comprehend the unprecedented development of this sector in the last fifteen years and in particular the work of client service centers which are mainly outsourced in the country. This reveals some changes in the labor market, in youth alternatives for work, but also in the idea for successful career development and for an adequate professional biography. Specific media rhetoric meets the specific professional strategies of three groups of youths who consider such professional realization respectively as short-term perspective, as prestigious alternative or as social constraint, all this when “import” of corporative culture in Bulgaria does not take into consideration regional factors in relation with country specific context which produces different type of workforce in the sector, with different motivation and requiring different methods of loyalty building.

Modern society is characterized by the ambivalence and contradiction of the functional foundations: the real and proper, manifestation of the purpose and means of its achievement, the infinite of information possibilities and the unprecedented manipulation of mass consciousness, the awareness of personal development as the main resource of progressive social development, and the widespread and continuous neglect of the needs of the individual in order to satisfy the utterly demands of conjuncture. The additional problem pressure on the present state of affairs is made by the factors of globalism and consumerism: they inadvertently force the individual to get used to the idea that the best life strategy is to drift, therefore efforts should be spent only on the detection of the current and its underwater reefs. Such a simplistic world-wide demarcation affects literally everything - from the life's unpretentiousness of the average individual to destructive infantilism of politicians and managers in the process of making fatal social decisions. The hope for salvation is gained by the accumulated over the centuries cultural and civilization capital, which always helps to determine correctly the azimuths of life priorities.

The purpose of the article is to determine the main vectors of sociocultural changes occurring in modern musical culture under the technical influence of the digital revolution. The methodology is based on the fact that this work has a pronounced interdisciplinary character, using the tools of modern culturology, economics, art history, and sociology. The scientific novelty of the article is to focus not only on the artistic processes, specific practices of musical life but also on the actual properties of the media space in which they exist. The study of the new media environment - the Internet, technical communicative capabilities that provided by the digital era in conjunction with the musical culture, is becoming one of the central principles of this study. Conclusions. It is a combination of personal choices of all participants in a musical life that ultimately determines the proportional ratio of all segments of the musical space, which develop according to different scenarios, and, accordingly, the overall result of the digital revolution in the world of musical culture. Today, when, thanks to the achievements of the digital revolution, most sociocultural tasks are being solved more successfully in the network space, new perspectives and potential directions of development are opening up for society, for the modern ―informational‖ civilization. The same potential paths of development are proposed for the space of musical culture: the way of ―curtailing‖ the network ―freedom‖, strengthening the control and hierarchical regulation of art; the path of complete chaos, network "anarchy" and irresponsibility; a movement in the direction of the potential to become a planetary global civil society that is rooted in the digital network, but is able to actively, responsibly and creatively produce, interpret and assimilate the products of the musical artistic environment.

The paper is based on a wide range of research findings which represent an empirical basis for a sociological analysis of the social life in the municipality of Crna Trava, located on the borderlands of Southeast Serbia. An interpretation of the research results based on the integrative theoretical and methodological approach to the study of the dimensions of socio-demographic changes in rural settlements, functioning family farms, the quality of life of young people and older people in the countryside, to modify certain practices, as well as the religious and social roles of fairs and cult places. In addition, the paper discusses the social role of priests, role models, artisans and teachers in terms of their contribution to the sustainability of the identity of the Serbs and national minorities in the border municipality of Crna Trava. The empirical and statistical findings that have been reached, on one hand, point to the economic underdevelopment, poverty, depopulation and the ageing of the population in most villages in the borderlands of Southeast Serbia, while the abandoned houses and „extinguished hearths” are a strong indicator of the demographic collapse, and the „drama” in the Serbian village is a clear and visible outcome. On the other hand, the maintenance and fostering of cultural traditions, respect for the customs and the existence of religious beliefs, with some modification in accordance with the socio-economic context, bear witness to the survival and sustainability of the national identity of the Serbs and ethnic minorities in the municipality of Crna Trava, but also to the possibilities of development, despite a number of socio-economic problems the people of Crna Trava encounter living in this underdeveloped border municipality.
