In the design of contemporary empirical sociological studies, the knowledge of sociological theory, the methods of statistics and the capabilities of modern information technologies are used together. The development of modern communications is appealing to the organization of various sociological studies, including through unrepresentative sampling. Their advantages are great due to the minimal cost of time, financial and human resources compared to traditional research. There can be a large (practically unlimited) number of respondents without stressing the research resource, as well as the research team.The article presents an idea for using the developed sample data calibration models. The aim is to improve the quality of the information from samples, for which the famous classical methods have not been applied in their formation. It is about the formation of samples that are formed as a result of the voluntary participation of units of a particular population (the respondents' method) when filling in an online research toolkit. The application of the calibration and its outcomes is illustrated by a specific example of data from an online research using the SPSS-based g-CALIB product. The final finding is that if the post-calibration study can not be confirmed, it can be said that after the calibration the objectivity of the data is much more guaranteed. The information processed by this procedure carries all the good qualities of the data obtained from the samples, for the broadcasting of which a quota selection has been attached, combined with a certain degree of chance in the selection of the sampling units.

The subject of research is a set of theoretical and methodological approaches to valuation of business for purposes of financial management.Purpose – theoretical substantiation of necessity to introduction a value-based management system in the activities of domestic enterprises.Research methods. The study is based on dialectical method of cognition, which is combined with the methods used for analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, structural-functional method and methods of financial analysis.The results of the study. The basic prerequisites for the implementation of the value-based management concept in planning and organization activities of the enterprise are investigated, proved the necessity and the interrelation with it’s different areas. The sequence of formation the sustainable cycle of value creation and the developed structural-logical scheme of its determination to the enterprise are defined. The main approaches used for the business valuation are considered, the directions and the terms of use of domestic enterprises are outlined, the proposed method of harmonizing them result with the aim of defining an objective measure of the companies value.The scope of the results of the study. Corporate policy in the field of corporate finance.Conclusions. The results of the study indicate the objective necessity of introduction of value indicators int he system of modern enterprise management with the obligatory coordination of the evaluation results for the purposes of financial management.

The younger school age is characterized by gradual increase of physical qualities, improvement of anthropometric indicators, and consequently a change in the physical development of students. Therefore, the purpose of the article was to study and evaluation the level of physical development of pupils of the second and third grades. The physical development of junior schoolchildren evaluated by anthropometric indices: the power index, the vital index, the weight-growth index, the Pignier index, the Erisman index, the Skibinska index and the hypoxia index. The results of our study indicate that with the age of both boys and girls, an increase in the average values of the above indicators was recorded. However, in boys who study in the third grade, the increase in power and weight-growth indices is more pronounced than in girls of the same age. The average value of the weight-growth index, the Pignier index, the Erisman index, the Skibinska index and the index of hypoxia are likely improved among the third-grade pupils compared to the second grade schoolchildren, regardless of gender.

In the conditions of promptly accruing development of information and communication technologies and radical transition to the market relations the youth is imposed values of individualism, pragmatism, violence as way of self-affirmation and consumer attitude towards people and the country. Against traditional social and cultural wealth of Russia information wars the problem of which is the organization of control over use of energy resources of the person, the nature, and society of the geopolitical competitor are purposefully waged. Distortion of consciousness of teenagers, orientation to denial of traditional historical cultural wealth of ethnic and state identity by them became a problem of information wars. In a situation of crisis of basic values of society and transition to inclusive education there is a problem of development of anthropological methodology of the organization of coeducation of pupils, irrespective of their physical, mental and other features as well as methodology of anthropological pedagogy for removal of a contradiction between values of individualism, pragmatism and traditional spiritual and moral values of domestic culture. Education on the basis of synthesis of archetypes collective and unconscious and realization of requirement of self-affirmation as the subject feeling the national identity has to become the purpose of anthropological pedagogy.

The article defines and substantiates the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future teachers of professional training to use signsymbolic visual aids. The ways of realization of the offered pedagogical conditions in the educational process are described. According to the results of the research, it is established that the pedagogical conditions for the formation of future teachers of professional training readiness to use sign-symbolic visual aids are: formation of students’ motivation to use signsymbolic visual aids in the educational process and future professional activity; ensuring the theoretical readiness of students for the introduction of sign-symbolic visual aids in the educational process; organization of systematic and reasonable use of different types of sign-symbolic visual aids at different stages of the educational process. The author determined that such a list of pedagogical conditions will contribute to the formation of educational motivators, cognitive activity, and personal components of the studied readiness.

The article considers experimental testing of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future primary school teachers to use cloud technologies in their professional activity. The concept of the study was that training future primary school teachers becomes effective under certain pedagogical conditions, namely: motivation of future teachers to acquire theoretical knowledge by means of cloud technologies; organization of training, using the capabilities of cloud technologies; introduction of forms, methods and means of training that contribute to the formation of the readiness to use cloud technologies in professional activities; mastering the method of application of cloud technologies. Experimental verification was carried out in four stages. The results of the preparatory stage were the clarification of the main definitions, defining the goals and objectives of the study, the selection of cloud technologies to create an educational environment, based on the studied psychological and pedagogical literature on the subject. The ascertaining stage gave us the opportunity to clarify the methodology of the pedagogical experiment, to identify the levels of formation of the readiness to use cloud technologies in professional activity and to conduct the initial control of knowledge, skills and abilities. At the formative stage of the experiment, the developed methodology was tested and changes in the level of the readiness for using cloud technologies in professional activities in the experimental and control groups were revealed. The result of the control phase of our study was the final check of the level of readiness for the use of cloud technologies in the professional activities of control and experimental groups, which showed a change in the distribution of higher education in accordance with all components of readiness. The introduced pedagogical experiment allowed to determine the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future primary school teachers to use cloud technologies in their professional activity.

The purpose of the article covers the background of interdisciplinarity in art history and design, identifying main movements that contributed to the formation of the interdisciplinary methodology of the XXI century. The research methodology is in applying of historical-comparative and chronological methods, as well as the method of terminological analysis, which helped to identify and consider the theories in philosophy, aesthetics, culture, oriented towards the consistent development of the system methodology, as well as their application in art history and design. The scientific novelty of the study is to broaden the understanding of the occurrence and formation of interdisciplinary methodology in art history and design, identifying the movements that contributed to the synthesis of knowledge. Conclusions. The movements in philosophy, aesthetics, and culture of the 20th century, covered in this article, contributed to the occurrence of a general scientific interdisciplinary methodology that is still relevant today. The progressive development of the systematic process is reflected in he structuralism and poststructuralism which specific to Western European art. The formation of systematic methodology in the USSR is also important. This commitment for integration has brought together the concepts and methods of different sciences, which served for building synergies with its common basis for describing the mechanisms of occurrence of any phenomena in nature, technology, society. Synergism is aimed at studying processes in complex, dynamic, self-organizing systems. At the same time, the laws of self-organization of these systems are not private, but universal in the character of the transition from the lowest forms to the highest, from one order to another, and therefore apply to the study of culture and art.

ПЛАГІАТ У КОНТЕКСТІ МІЖДИСЦИПЛІНАРНОГО ПІДХОДУ: ДІАЛОГ ЮРИДИЧНОЇ ТА КУЛЬТУРОЛОГІЧНОЇ ПАРАДИГМ

The purpose of the article. The purpose of this scientific paper is to study plagiarism through the prism of the reflection of two fundamentally different scientific standards: legal, social, based on the ideals of positivism and natural sciences, and cultural, humanitarian, oriented to the non-classical principles of plurality and relativity. Methodology. Fol- lowing the goals and objectives, the basis of the methods of the study were comparative-legal, systemic and dogmatic methods. Particular methodological approach allowed to consider the manifestations of borrowings in products of culture ("cultural texts"), which from the philosophical and cultural point of view are regarded as organically inherent in the culture of impulses ("texts in the texts"), as well as determine the scope of the category "plagiarism" in legal science, to identify its relation with the notion of "text in the text". The scientific novelty of the work is to determine the essence of the category of "plagiarism" through the prism of an interdisciplinary approach: the dialogue of legal and cultural paradigms. Conclusions. The need for the creative rethinking of the legal content of the category of "plagiarism" matured by the achievements of modern humanitarian knowledge. The essence of this procedure is the transfer of attention from the formal signs of originality to the content. The mentioned aspect will exclude from the scope of objects of plagiarism the phenomena that we risked calling "texts in the texts" and include cases of shameful transfer of other people's thoughts "in their own words" (which, unfortunately, is not uncommon in modern scientific and artistic works). In this there is nothing humiliating for the law, on the contrary, such transformations correspond to the urgent need for postmodern science in interdisciplinary relations, in dialogue and cooperation, to which humanitarianism is by its very nature ready. The detailed development of transformation data, which requires the involvement of a large number of humanities professionals in the legal field, is a matter of the future and is, in our opinion, the direction of interdisciplinary research, the outlin es of which are already scheduled.

Changes in social and economic sphere of Belarus have made it necessary to introduce the Code on Education, which has determined the additional adult education system, providing specialist’s professional development that the pedagogical staff needs first of all since they directly implement the objectives of national education, which makes actual continuity in their training and retraining. In the context of the excess of some specialists and on the other hand the lack of others, such as teachers of preschool education, the retraining of teachers has also gained the importance. Substantial upgrading has occurred in training of specialists at the first stage of higher education. Introduction into the educational process of new standards, transition to four-year higher education, practical orientation of training, introduction of information and communication technologies requires the teaching staff of higher education institutions to master the interactive teaching methods, to use the intensive, multi-media and Internet technologies, which also makes it urgent to improve their professional skills in these domains. The paper describes of the solution to the problem of training lawyers in the modern conditions by increasing their demand in the labor market. Through the analysis of the interrelation between the concepts of “professionalism”, “readiness for professional activity”, “professional competence”, the conditions and factors of increasing the demand for future lawyers have been singled out. The term “demand” with regard to its unclear meaning in relation to university graduates has been defined. Based on the analysis of competences that a graduate student should have, a contradiction has been revealed between the educational process, during which the main attention is paid to the development of certain skills and competences, and the requirements of employers. The model of the demand for professional specialists has been presented, and its components have been described. As a technology for training a highly demanded lawyer, the Professional Career Monitoring and Development Program has been proposed.

The subject of research is the set of methodological approaches and methodic thesis related to the formation of financial results scorecard in the financial statement. The purpose of the article is to investigate the problem issues of how to form the enterprise’s optimal financial results scorecard and how to display it in financial statement sheets. Methodology. The paper is written according to the results of studying the modern scientific views on the improvement and development of methodological and practical principles concerning the financial results scorecard formation in terms of harmonization of national and international financial statement standards. The methodological basis of the investigation comprises the comprehensive approach, system and structural analysis, dialectical method of scientific cognition. The research results. The requirements to information disclosure of financial results of economic entities activity in domestic and international financial statement standards are considered. The analysis of the current form of a profit and loss statement (income statement) is made. The essence of financial results is given as a result of their accounting evaluation. This essence shows the difference between corresponding incomes and expenditures of the enterprise’s current activity in accordance with the accounting system normative principles. The kinds of the enterprise’s financial results are presented considering the sequence of their formation and interests of the parties concerned. Areas of results implementation. Organizing and conducting research on improving the financial reporting theory and practice in terms of transition to international accounting standards. Conclusions. The financial results are presented in financial statement as a result of accounting evaluation of the enterprise’s activity that shows the difference between corresponding incomes and expenditures of the enterprise’s current activity in accordance with the accounting system normative principles. At a certain approximation of regulations on preparing a profit and loss statement (income statement) with requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), this statement still doesn’t satisfy them. In particular, it concerns the classification of activities, showing other operational incomes and other incomes and expenditures, the formats of presenting the elements of operational expenditures, adducing the components of other aggregate income etc.

The paper addresses the polemics around the essay written by the famous Slovak public leader L. Štúr “Slavdom and the World of the Future” (Das Slawenthum und die Welt der Zukunft, 1851) presented against the background of methodological searches in the field of Slavic studies and history of social thought at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. By investigating into the history of creation, translation, and publication of the essay text in Russia in 1867 and 1909, the group of creators of the discourse around the projects for Slavic national revival has been specified. Through studying the review written by N.M. Petrovsky, the Slavicist from Kazan, for the second edition of the essay and published in Zhurnal Ministerstva Narodnogo Prosveshcheniya (“Journal of the Ministry of Education”) (1909), we have critically analyzed the source and the Pan-Slavic positions defended by the authors of the Russian translation, namely, the Academy fellow V.I. Lamanskii and his disciples K.Ya. Grot and T.D. Florinskii. Special attention has been paid to the methodological ideas and approaches that N.M. Petrovskii adopted to undertake the textual analysis and understand the mechanisms governing the ways various ideologemes of nationalism function.

This paper is dedicated to the analyses of the political approaches and legislative framework in the domain of security risks in the school environment. The authors present, criticize and analyze standards, politics and legal acts and suggest concrete ideas and approaches that could improve processes of identification, analyses and assessment of the security risks in schools. Having that on mind, the authors suggest the adoption of a unique methodological instrument for assessment of security risk - the national standard SRPS A.L2:003. Simultaneously, the authors propose redefinition of this instrument in certain domains, trying to adjust it to the needs of contemporary educational system. The category of IT risks should, by the authors opinion, became the important part of the risk assessment standard. Finally, the authors conducted empirical study among high school students, confirming the hypotheses about the reality and importance of IT risk in modern society, especially among school- age youth.

Политико-икономическите симбиози – за една политикономия на българския преход

Transition is usually referred to as „the Transition“, with a capital letter and in singular, and as „from – to“ („from totalitarianism and state economy to democracy and market“). This study speaks not of a single, transparent, manageable „Transition“ but of many transitions as spontaneously occurring transformations and as legitimating strategies of the actors taking part in them. The key concept to describe these processes is „political-economic symbioses – a concretion of political and economic networks whose immediate origin can be found in the last period of the „former regime“. They take place at diverse levels and in diverse fields as transformations and restructuring of diverse types of capital (political, economic and social). The network analysis to which I adhere here is close to the sociology of Michel Callon, Bruno Latour, John Law etc., known as „actor-network sociology“, combined with that of Pierre Bourdieu, used by Laszlo Bruszt and David Stark in the analysis of the economic transformation in Hungary in the early 1990s. Combining these approaches provides the key to understanding that critical weakening of the state and institutions that is observed in the transition years.

Paper draws on 13 semi-structured interviews with journalists from printmedia and information websites to outline their perceptions of their professional world. The interviews were conducted between March and June, 2016, in the frames of the research on the anti-democratic propaganda in Bulgaria. Without exaggeration, both the analysis of media and the interviews with journalists have shown the disintegration of the field of journalism as a dif- ferentiated field in Bulgaria. What is this due to? Our interviewees explained it with the commercialization and shift in focus from winning trust to secur- ing higher ratings – the media have come to be understood as entertainment and journalism is trying to adjust to this “commercial” requirement. But this is not the main (or at least not the sufficient) reason. The market, in turn, is changing under pressure from free online media, the reorientation of television towards new formats (of entertainment), and the subsequent fragmentation of audiences. What differentiates print media and news websites however is the drastic merge of entertainment and direct politics through omerta on certain topics and names, through advertorials that are not properly (if at all) marked as such and all this – in the lack of information who the owner of the media is. Our interviewees share a common practical dilemma: you either do journalism, or work for a media corporation. If one wants to do proper journalism, one has to withdraw from the topics of the day to the safer territories of marginal topics.

To achieve the set objective was used comparative-historical, culturological, axiological theoretical and methodological approaches, also biographical and art history methods of scientific knowledge, which directed on the disclosure of the immanent features of investigated products of the creative activity of the personalities in this scientific research; determining the significance of M. Fedoriv‘s in the context of the development of Ukrainian musical culture of the 20th century. The scientific novelty of the work consists in applying cultural products of the music industry (gramophone record, CDs), as elements in the source base of research in methodology comparative analysis performance-conducting interpretation of the musical heritage of the composer in the context into the professional activity of Canadian musicians. Conclusions. M. Fedoriv is a representative of the highly professional musicians from the diaspora, which multi-vector activity is marked by the upturn of the basic form of cultural identification. In order to convey the historical authenticity of the national musical tradition of liturgical singing, he researched and published church-religious tunes of the practice of worship in Ukraine, which stoped the total simplification in the performance of canonical chants in the churches of the diaspora. Reaching our time, the popularization of M. Fedoriv's work was possible thanks to the performance and production work of M. Maksymiv and R. Hurko. Thus, in except to the rotation of the digitized album «Jerusalem Matins» by M. Fedoriv on the air of foreign radio broadcasters: CBC (Canada), BBC Radio 3 (Great Britain), M. Maksimiv succeeded to reissue the CD recording of the Liturgy twice and distribute it on social network platforms. However, the precedent of reviving the process of integrating the composer's heritage into the modern media space is the activity of R. Hurko. Thus, the planes of the personal activity of M. Maksymov and R. Gurko became an example of representation of dominant features of the nation's cultural genome between different generations of Ukrainians, and M. Fedoriv's work is available to its target audience beyond temporal and any territorial borders.
