The aim of this working is to set forth the effects of the economic crises being frequently experienced in recent years on the management of businesses’ human resources, and to make evaluations about the application of the policy of the savings and reduction in-force which can be made from human resources in any compulsory cases, and of the protection of workers against the cancellation of labor contract as well as to form an awareness on such issues. In this work, the answers to such questions mentioned herein are sought. As a result, in this work it is tried to set forth what kind of policy the businesses would be able to apply, and what their with the application of relevant theoretical information, and make a contribution to the academic literature; and furthermore, would bring in a more objective and scientific point of view to the applications of reduction in-force at the businesses.
