“Meshari” i Gjon Buzukut, çelës për leximin e teksteve biblike në gjuhën shqipe

Author(s): Evalda Pagi / Language(s): Albanian / Issue: 03-04/2015

“Missel” (Meshari) of Gjon Buzuku, a key for the reading of biblic texts in Albanian languageThe “Missal” of Gjon Buzuku has attracted the attention of many researchers because of its special structure and content. One of the most important issues immediately related with this book remains the dissimilar nature of the texts that comprise it, as well as the visible linguistic diversity that can be traced in the different parts of the book itself. The tradition of the studies about this book has consistently recorded a number of achievements that have been made concrete in in-depth research work, but also in philological and critical publications that have enabled an easier approach to study the content and to track down the most important features of his texts construction.

“OH”, PËRBALLË MODELESH TË LETËRSISË BOTËRORE

Author(s): Manjola Brahaj / Language(s): Albanian / Issue: 44/2014

This paper focuses on highlighting the similarities of Anton Pashku’s literary work with the modern world literature, specifically with different names of different literary periods and movements. Further, as an important part of the verification of this thesis, we have been relied on a modern dialogue, which is found in his novel, on a dialogue presented and realized through the figure of irony, and also on the elements of narration that makes him resemble with authors as Joyce or Proust, a feature which has been confirmed in some fragments from the text. Similarly, also for the part that deals with the description and its relation compared with narration, has been followed the same approach to finally realize a full analysis.

“POETIKA” E ROMANIT “NJË DASHURI DHE SHTATË FAJE”

Author(s): Enkelena Shockett / Language(s): Albanian / Issue: 44/2014

The novel "One Love and Seven Faults" of the writer Rexhep Qosja, is characterized by a poetics as interesting as it is intriguing, which is used to describe the labyrinths that narration raises to this literary work. Being in such a poetic level, undertaken multiple interpretations on this novel do not fade at all the need for occasional returns and is to its artistic and language treatment. The novel "One Love and Seven Faults" is a novel of protest, revolt, the triumph of goodness, of the life’s triumph over death, of the man sublimation with initiative, a novel of virtues and humane feelings, a novel of spiritual purification and purity, against violations and the violence of moral and existential Dasein’s values, a novel of the national’s identity revival and of the preservation of the cultural one. "One Love and Seven Faults" is a multi-statutory work, because it is read as a novel as well as a literary work consisting of stories, even as a documentary fictional work, but also as a publicist writing. “One Love and Seven Faults” is a universal type novel, which will always be treated and read by certain readers. The novel “One Love and Seven Faults” is characterized by a specific poetics which ranks it at the level of modernist and postmodernist novel.

Tipat e ligjërimit në ditarin e Rexhep Qosjes

Author(s): Shefkije Islamaj / Language(s): Albanian / Issue: 46/2016

Rexhep Qosja’s journal Witness in historical time with current seven volumes, the content, the themes, ideas, thoughts, structure, language, and style has not only cultural, historical and political value, but also artistic, linguistic and scientific importance. It is a comprehensive, holistic, coherent, and systematic journal in both aspects, content and linguistic-textual one. It can also be called mosaic-journal of encyclopaedic character. Our observation confirms that the author has never, in any writing period, used predetermined forms of journalistic writing, but was always keen to merge various scriptural types, sometimes even putting discourses and functional styles in unusual but interesting juxtaposition and opposition. And, precisely this way of writing gives this journal the special mark of originality. Hence, it can be said that from the aspect of discourse, the journal represents the most complete form in which can be investigated the typology of Albanian discourse and functional styles. The author, Rexhep Qosja, has masterly and with rare talent achieved to make discourse and inter-stylistic blending or “collages” by developing a “vival” and attractive text not only for the attentive reader.

Trashëgimia letrare dhe procesi i kombformimit modern tek shqiptarët

Author(s): Genciana Abazi-Egro / Language(s): Albanian / Issue: 03-04/2015

The Albanians commenced to look back at their literary heritage in the second half of the XIXth Century. In this framework, it was thought of, as the very first step to precisely inventorise the existing heritage. One of the highlights of this endeavor was to include in it the writers and poets from all the Albanian territories, as well as from all the religious beliefs. It was considered as the first necessary stage that precedes their full publication. Meanwhile the publication of the literary heritage of the Albanian nationalists is the second stage of the attempt to the cultural affirmation of the modem Albanian nation. It should be considered as well, as an attempt to smooth the edges that existed between the era of nationalism and the pre nationalist one that preceded it. Even the publishing policies that were applied, concretely speaking, the modernization of the Albanian language and the replacement of the words of the Turkish origin, that sometimes led to the complete change of the religious and cultural concepts, a typical illustrative example is Ervehe published by Jani Vreto, were precisely aiming at this adaptation. Apart from this element, the approach towards the literary heritage during the nationalist era, should be considered even as the embryonal phase of the study of the Albanian literature. On the other side, the literary heritage of this era is closely connected with the nation forming process. It intended to show not only what the Albanians were capable of creating, but also to encourage the very creation of the modem national identity.

Author(s): Muharrem Jakupi / Language(s): Albanian / Issue: 46/2016

This study identifies, classifies and argues main ideo-artistic functions of some modern discourse types in I. Kadare’s novel General of the Dead Army, which are analyzed in conjunction with some of the most typical tools and features of work’s style. The conclusion is that the entire discourse of the novel is systematically characterized by narrative techniques known as: “psycho-narration”, “interior monologue”, “quoted monologue” and “narrated monologue”. The dominance of these discursive modes proves that the novel is a pure example of denial of any form of realism, marking this way the first significant turnaround in Albanian literature toward total embracement of the poetics of modernity. This study approach has also enabled new emphasis on interpretation and defining the novel’s meaning.

Triumfi i Tretë i Gjergj Elez Alisë

Triumfi i Tretë i Gjergj Elez Alisë

Author(s): Ridvan Dibra / Language(s): Albanian / Issue: 12/2017

Author(s): Shaban Sinani / Language(s): French / Issue: 02/2010

URA ME TRI HARQE – NDËRLIDHJA ME ORALEN

Author(s): Blerina Rogova Gaxha / Language(s): Albanian / Issue: 44/2014

The story of Ismail Kadare widely extends in time and space. He moves from today, in historical and legendary time and space. In this narration structure, Kadare's work often puts correspondence with Albanian oral literature and culture. The novel “The Three – Arched Bridge” has been chosen in order to notice the presence of oral tradition, its layer in the construction of authorial text and the function of intertextual ideas from this source. Built on a legend, the novel speaks for sacrifice, life and death as opponents, and the crossing of two cultures, of Occidental and Oriental one, as two worlds, between which, Albanians, their history, culture and identity are always put in war. This text, as a text lying on another text, requires reading of signs that establish this correspondence. On the basis of a legend, Kadare recycles also a historic time, giving them a new form in literature, creates a medieval Albanian reality, a reality that parables with reality and our lives. The paper is based on the narrative structure of the chosen model.

VEÇORI TEMATIKE DHE STILISTIKE TË POEZISË SË AGIM DEVËS

Author(s): Violetë Bardhi-Zeqiri / Language(s): Albanian / Issue: 44/2014

Agim Deva’s poetry has enriched children's literature with themes and motifs, creating thematic particularity, with environmental, game and drug themes, cultivating fable poetry and enigma poetry. The treatment of fable poetry came as a result of the use of dialogue, plot, narration, as elements of narrative creations. In this case, Deva’s poetry functions in the form of the narrator character. The presence of narrator character is realized well, when dealing with the description, while when the author narrates on behalf of children character, there is realized the dialogue that creates emotion, contains plot, rhyme and rhythm. Another characteristic of Deva’s style is the treatment of the animal world, nature and of the seasons, through the figure of personification. Besides personification, he uses allegory, which both are considered as two dominant figures in children's literature. He knows very well children’s world, knows dreams, imagination contained in this literature for fulfillment of cognitive, educational, entertaining and aesthetic function. Agim Deva is the embodiment of the writer and the child, the synonym of the poet. The children’s Albanian literature cannot be thought without presentations, commonalities and the peculiarities of his literary creativity. Children’s Albanian literature, cannot be understood as the full without Agim Deva as part of the most proven literary values of children's literature.

Author(s): Valentina Danilovna Chernyak,Maria Alexandrovna Chernyak / Language(s): Russian / Issue: 6/2016

The article investigates the properties of dictionaries and other reference books that are relevant for everyday awareness and sought-after by contemporary literature. Dictionaries and their genre variations (encyclopedias, handbooks, thesauri) become the focal point of and give an impetus to human creativity. Alphabetical order as the crucial characteristic of the diction-ary form is utilized by modern authors to develop new genre forms. Written works exploiting the dictionary form may be described in terms of deliberate hypertextuality that is pertinent to the mindset of a contemporary person and meets readers’ expectations. Dictionaries can be seen as a genre matrix whose properties include strict order, dynamic nature and stability, or as a structure allowing room for creative developments. The article deals with the examples of Russian contemporary literature (a novel, a collec-tion of essays, a novelized encyclopedia) that employ the dictionary form. Most commonly, such example include non-fiction, contain elements of mixing genres, gamification, different forms of linguistic reflection, deliberately mimic the academic style, and are often targeted at children.
