The main purpose of this article is an attempt to show that the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) can help in the effective communication of the company strategy, and thus in its implementation. While writing the article the author used literature research and deductive and inductive reasoning. The conclusion is as follows: Due to the implementation of the BSC, the realization of the entity strategy becomes easier. BSC allows employees to better understand what the entity goals are and how their work affects them. At the same time it allows employees to introduce improvement actions, and allows an organization for the continuous learning and quick response to the changes in the environment, which can be translated (if its necessary) into quick carring out appropriate strategy modifications.
