Summary/Abstract: The present paper deals analytical treatment options and conditions use of information and technical means in criminal proceedings. It highlights some of the shortcomings of the current Slovak procedural arrangements and those presented on the basis of their own scientific analytical processing which is complemented by considerations de lege ferenda. It notes that legislation of such institutes, where the law of the State involved and should in any case be exact. In this connection, it is critical to the Slovak criminal procedural arrangements for the information technology resources.
