Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present the North African public sector. In this paper the author also points out factors that led to revolution in 2011. Analysis is based on factors such as: corruption, nepotism and economic inefficiency. The main thesis of this study is that a weak public sector is responsible for social disorder. Improvement of this sector is only possible as a result of democratization.
