Contestation of Normative Administrative Acts at the Supreme Administrative Court

Summary/Abstract: The article treats the newest administrative procedure – the contestation of the normative administrative acts at the Supreme Administrative Court. A review is made of the Law of the Supreme Administrative Court, examples are given from the Court’s practice, de lege ferenda suggestions are made. Special attention is paid to the problem of legal interest in challenging the normative administrative acts and to the foibles of this practice.
