Summary/Abstract: A successful city not only desirably relates social, economic and environmental needs; it also provides an educational system to enhance citizen culture through coordination between various legislative and executive organizations. Sustainable development is a multi dimensional affair that requires understanding of complex and almost opposite or seemingly insignificant relationships. These affairs necessitate an integrated approach and integrating culture. Therefore it must be applied a diversity of strategic approaches in urban interdisciplinary zones to enhance the culture in urban planning process. An intellectual exchange between urban planners, can gather them in order to producing a perspective of urban culture. One of the best learning sources is book and it might be consider as the main learning source but there are others as well. In developed countries, citizens constantly are educated about citizen behaviour in society. In such a society, just like a factory where workers are constantly training that improves the quality of production, it develops culture oriented and educated society.The present article is trying to peruse the issue of effective citizenship education by explaining the relationship between “the various departments of municipalities in the urban environment” and "the mission of any other organization in other areas." In this article, after studying different educational issues, it analyzes citizen culture education circumstances via “Situated approached” in an urban context. To achieve the goal, qualitative research method has been used and the data collection method been a combination of field methods and library studies.
