Summary/Abstract: The development of the individual insurance company in the context of a global crisis and an increasingly competitive environment also raises to managers many questions on whose correct decision depends both on the development of the company itself and on the resolution of the main question: will the company have it in 10 years, what financial situation it will be in, what market share it will have and finally with what profit rate it will end within this period. The answers to all this lie in the correct analysis of the source data, the professional selection of the corrective factors for straightening the planning functions and finally the professional attitude of managers with regard to variables in the intermediate stages.
