Summary/Abstract: The article examines the work of persons sentenced to imprisonment in the Republic of Bulgaria who perform community service. The emphasis in the exhibition is the subjective rights and obligations of the participants in the emerging legal relationship in view of the specifics of the work performed, which are incompatible with the legal sphere of free citizens participating in the employment relationship.
