Summary/Abstract: It is well known that thanks to modern means of communication the world lives in a so-called “global village.” The expression alludes to direct mixing and cross-pollination between peoples, cultures, civilizations, and even languages. Almost all the languages of the world influence each other as seen mainly in the acceptance of new words especially when the speakers of a language cannot find suitable expressions in their mother tongue. This is particularly pronounced in societies which are only consumerist, but not productive in scientific, intellectual and cultural fields.
