Summary/Abstract: From the perspective of a former postgraduate student, the paper presents the first international postgraduate master’s program organized according to the Bologna principles at the University of Sarajevo “Individualization and Inclusion in Education”, successfully led by Prof. dr. Adila Pašalić Kreso. The role and contribution of professor Kreso in the preparation, organization and realization of this study, as well as its importance and value for the BiH society, development and transformation of the school system in Bosnia and Herzegovina in terms of affirming the idea of inclusive education, and for the staff strengthening of the BiH universities, were highlighted.
