Summary/Abstract: The current study for analysis of the agreed wages in the current collective labor agreements at the enterprise level in the Republic of Bulgaria, making a comparative analysis of the data from registered collective labor agreements in the National Institute for Conciliation and Arbitration (NICA) for 2017 and 2018 The study analyzes the existing and additional work introductions for gaining work experience and professional experience. The main source of information for the preparation of this analysis is a specially created in NICA integrated electronic database for collective labor agreements at different levels when negotiating.
