Summary/Abstract: The labor market is facing an entirely new reality that requires human resources to be able to quickly and qualitatively accumulate competencies; be flexible and adaptable to different conditions; take on new responsibilities easily and quickly. In this context, the development of human resources is becoming increasingly important. The main purpose of this article is to show how the concept of human resource development applied in business is performing well. The brief overview of successful practices makes it possible to draw an important conclusion: all companies are extremely financially profitable and each of them has a clearly defined HRD policy.
